Zünd has created a workflow for state-ofthe-art,
digital textile cutting that begins
well before any actual cutting takes place
and doesn’t end as soon as cutting is over.
With that in mind, Zünd will be showcasing
its innovative solutions for every phase of
the textile-cutting process at Stand C57,
Hall 8. These will include the latest version
of the powerful production software MindCUT
Studio Production, which now offers
a range of exciting new features. Another
innovation making its debut at the trade
show is the brand-new Roll Handling System
– RHS for autonomous and uninterrupted
roll feeding and cutting. And last but not least,
there is the Zünd G3 cutter, the beating
heart of the digital-cutting workflow. The
Zünd, son teknoloji ürünü dijital tekstil kesimi
için, gerçek kesim gerçekleşmeden çok
önce başlayan ve kesim biter bitmez sona
ermeyen bir iş akışı oluşturdu. Bunu akılda
tutarak, Zünd, Salon 8’deki Stand C57’de
tekstil kesme sürecinin her aşamasına yönelik
yenilikçi çözümlerini sergileyecek. Bunlar
arasında artık bir dizi heyecan verici yeni
özellikler sunan güçlü üretim yazılımı Mind-
CUT Studio Production’ın en son sürümü de
yer alacak. Ticari fuarda görücüye çıkan
bir diğer yenilik ise otonom ve kesintisiz rulo
besleme ve kesmeye yönelik yepyeni Rulo
Taşıma Sistemi – RHS. Ve son olarak önemli
noktalardan bir tanesi de, dijital kesim iş
akışının atan kalbi olan Zünd G3 kesici var.
Frankfurt’ta sergilenen kesme sistemi, 1,8 m
