Imbalan Kerja Jangka Panjang Lainnya

Imbalan kerja jangka panjang lainnya terdiri dari:

• Imbalan Penghargaan Masa Kerja dalam bentuk

cincin pengabdian terbuat dari 10 (sepuluh)

gram emas. Penghargaan diberikan kepada

karyawan yang telah menjalani masa kerja

10 (sepuluh) tahun secara terus-menerus tanpa

terputus sejak diangkat menjadi karyawan tetap;

• Imbalan Cuti Panjang berupa tunjangan cuti

panjang sebesar 1(satu) kali gaji bulanan

diberikan kepada karyawan yang telah

menjalani setiap kelipatan 5 (lima) tahun masa

kerja.

Total liabilitas imbalan kerja pada tanggal

31 Desember 2020 dan 2019 adalah sebagai berikut:

Other Long-Term Benefit

Other long-term benefit consists of:

• Long Service Award benefit, in the form of

loyalyty ringmade of 10 (ten) grams of gold. This

benefit will be given to the employees who have

completed 10 (ten) years of services

continuously; and

• Grand Leaves (Long Leaves) benefit is a long

leaves allowance amounted to 1 (one) monthly

salary given to employees who have completed

every 5 (five) multiple years of services.
