Atas perubahan ini, Perusahaanmasih memiliki pengaruh signifikan sehingga masihmengklasifikasikan investasi pada PT JTD padainvestasi pada entitas asosiasi. Pengaruh signifikanini dengan mempertimbangkan adanya keterlibatanmanajemen kunci Perusahaan didalam entitas.Berdasarkan Akta Notaris No. 2 tanggal 5 September2019, PT JTD telah menerbitkan saham baru dengantotal 49.523 lembar saham atau sebesarRp49.523.000.000. Perusahaan tidak mengambilbagian atas penerbitan saham baru tersebutsehingga persentase kepemilikan Perusahaan atasPT JTD berubah menjadi 11,96%.
