3. Membebankan biaya yang timbul selama

pendaftaran gugatan kepada Penggugat

sebesar Rp1.091.200 (satu juta sembilan

puluh satu ribu dua ratus rupiah);

Pada tanggal 02 Juli 2020, Pengadilan Negeri

Jakarta Utara telah menerbitkan salinan sesuai

dengan aslinya Penetapan Pengadilan Negeri

Jakarta Utara No. 138/Pdt.G/2020/ PN.JKT.UTR.

tanggal 12 Mei 2020 dan telah diberikan kepada

dan atas permohonan dari kuasa hukum

Tergugat I (Perusahaan) untuk yang pertama

sesuai surat permohonan tanggal 04 Juni 2020.

p. Pada tanggal 19 Oktober 2020, Kwee Tjing Nie

dan Kwee Swie Hok masing-masing secara

berturut-turut bertindak selaku Penggugat I dan

Penggugat II (secara bersama-sama disebut

“Penggugat”) berdasarkan surat gugatan

tertanggal 15 Oktober 2020 mengajukan gugatan

Perbuatan Melawan Hukum ke Pengadilan

Negeri Jakarta Selatan terhadap pihak-pihak

selaku Tergugat yaitu: Inne Winata (selaku

Tergugat I), Goenawan Adi Nugroho (selaku

Tergugat II), Palguno Arief (selaku Tergugat III),

Pramudito (selaku Tergugat IV), Emile Ali

Proyogo (selaku Tergugat V), dan Badan

Pertanahan Nasional DKI Jakarta Cq. Badan

Pertanahan Nasional Jakarta Utara (selaku

Tergugat VI); dan pihakpihak selaku Turut

Tergugat yaitu: Gubernur DKI Jakarta cq. Dinas

Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu

Pintu Provinsi DKI Jakarta (selaku Turut

Tergugat I), Gubernur DKI Jakarta cq. Walikota

Jakarta Utara cq. Kecamatan Pademangan cq.

Kepala Kelurahan Ancol (selaku Turut Tergugat

II) dan Perusahaan (selaku Turut Tergugat III).

Berdasarkan dokumen gugatan diperoleh

informasi bahwa yang menjadi objek gugatan

Penggugat adalah bidang tanah bersertifikat Hak

Guna Bangunan (HGB) di atas tanah Hak

Pengelolaan (HPL) No. 1/Ancol yang terletak di

Jalan Parang Tritis Raya Blok B-7/A Nomor 111,

Kelurahan Ancol, Kecamatan Pademangan,

Jakarta Utara. Bahwa kemudian gugatan telah

diterima oleh Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan

pada tanggal 19 Oktober 2020 dan tercatat

dengan nomor register perkara

878/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Jkt.Sel. Relaas panggilan

sidang diterima oleh Perusahaan dari Pengadilan

Negeri Jakarta Utara Kelas I A Khusus tanggal 9

November 2020 berdasarkan permintaan

delegasi dari Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan

Kelas I A Khusus sesuai surat tanggal 3

November 2020, No. W10-U3/8317/HK.02/11/

2020/(24). Bahwa sampai dengan laporan ini

diterbitkan, perkara ini masih dalam tahap

amounting to Rp1,091,200 (one million

On July 2, 2020, the North Jakarta District Court

has issued a copy in accordance with the

original Decision of the North Jakarta District

Court No. 138/Pdt.G/2020/ PN.JKT.UTR. dated

May 12, 2020 and has been given to and at the

request of the attorney of Defendant I

(Company) for the first one according to the

application letter dated June 4, 2020.

p. On October 19, 2020, Kwee Tjing Nie and Kwee

Swie Hok respectively acted as Plaintiff I and

Plaintiff II (collectively the “Plaintiff”) based on the

lawsuit dated October 15, 2020, filed a lawsuit

against the law to the District Court. South

Jakarta against the parties as Defendant, namely:

Inne Winata (as Defendant I), Goenawan Adi

Nugroho (as Defendant II), Palguno Arief (as

Defendant III), Pramudito (as Defendant IV),

Emile Ali Proyogo (as Defendant V) , and the DKI

Jakarta National Land Agency Cq. North Jakarta

National Land Agency (as Defendant VI); and

parties as co-defendants, namely: the Governor

of DKI Jakarta cq. The DKI Jakarta Province One

Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service

(as Co-Defendant I), the Governor of DKI Jakarta

cq. Mayor of North Jakarta cq. Pademangan

District cq. Head of Ancol Urban Village (as Co-

Defendant II) and Company (as Co-Defendant

III). Based on the lawsuit documents, information

was obtained that the object of the Plaintiff's

lawsuit was a plot of land with a Hak Guna

Bangunan (HGB) certificate on Land for

Management Rights (HPL) No. 1/Ancol which is

located on Jalan Parang Tritis Raya Blok B-7 / A

Number 111, Ancol Village, Pademangan District,

North Jakarta. Whereas then the lawsuit was

accepted by the South Jakarta District Court on

19 October 2020 and was registered with the

case register No. 878/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Jkt.Sel.

Relaas summons were received by the Company

from the Special Class I A North Jakarta District

Court on 9 November 2020 based on the request

of a delegation from the Special Class I A South

Jakarta District Court in accordance with the

letter dated 3 November 2020, No. W10U3/8317/

HK.02/11/2020/(24). Until this report is published,

this case is still under examination.
