bersangkutan dan relaas pemberitahuan
keputusan kasasi dikirimkan pula kepada
Mahkamah Agusng Republik Indonesia, dan di
dalam surat tersebut kuasa hukum PT TIJA juga
menjadi pihak yang ditembuskan. Pengadilan
Negeri Jakarta Utara kemudian telah
meberitahuan putusan perkara nomor : 1043
K/Pdt.Sus-KIP/2019 tanggal 10 Desember 2019
Jo. Nomor 680/Pdt.G/KIP/2017/PNJ.Jkt.utr.
tanggal 07 Mei 2019 keoada Pemohon Kasasi
(PT TIJA) pada tanggal 30 April 2020 dan
Termohon Kasasi (Nurchalis Patty, SS) pada
tanggal 10 Maret 2020. Pada tanggal 4 Juni
2020, Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Utara
menerbitkan salinan putusan perkara nomor :
1043 K/Pdt.Sus-KIP/2019 berdasarka surat
permohonan dari kuasa hukum PT TIJA tanggal
3 Juni 2020, yang pada intinya menyatakan
bahkan perkara nomor : 1043 K/Pdt.Sus-
KIP/2019 telah diputus pada tanggal 10
Desember 2019 dengan putusan sebagai
berikut:
Mengadili:
1. Mengabulkan permohonan kasasi dari
Pemohon Kasasi PT TAMAN IMPIAN JAYA
ANCOL tersebut.
2. Membatalkan putusan Pengadilan Negeri
jakarta Utara Nomor 680/Pdt.G/KIP/
2017/PN.Jkt.Utr. tanggal 7 Mei 2019.
Mengadili Sendiri:
1. Mengabulkan Permohonan Keberatan Atas
putusan Komisi Informasi Provinsi DKI
Jakarta Nomor 0011/IV/KIP-DKI-PS/2017
yang diajukanoleh Pemohon Keberatan/
semula Termohon Informasi Publik untuk
sebagian;
2. Menyatakan bahkan Pemohon
Keberatan/semula Termohon Informasi Piblik
adalah Pemohon yang benar;
3. Membatalkan Putusan Komisi Infomasi
Provinsi DKI Jakarta Nomor 0011/IV/KIP-DKI-
PS/2017 tanggal 30 November 2017 yang
dikeluarkan oleh Komisi Informasi Provinsi
DKI Jakarta untuk seluruhnya dengan segala
akibat hukumnya;
4. Menghukum Termohon Keberatan/semula
Pemohon Informasi Publik untuk tunduk
terhadap putusan ini; dan
5. Menolak permohonan selain dan selebihnya;
6. Menghukum Termohon Kasasi untuk
membayar biaya perkara dalam semua
tingkat peradilan yang dalam tingkat kasasi ini
sejumlah Rp500.000 (lima ratus ribu rupiah).

decision to the parties concerned and to be willing
to send the notification of the cassation decision to
the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia,
and in the letter PT TIJA's attorney was also the
party to be sentenced. The North Jakarta District
Court then has notified the case number: 1043 K/
Pdt.Sus-KIP/2019 dated 10 December 2019 Jo. No.
680/Pdt.G/KIP/2017/PNJ.Jkt.utr. dated May 7, 2019
to the Cassation Appellant (PT TIJA) on April 30,
2020 and the Cassation Respondent (Nurchalis
Patty, SS) on March 10, 2020. On June 4, 2020,
the North Jakarta District Court issued a copy of
the decision on case number: 1043 K/Pdt.Sus-KIP/
2019 based on a letter of request from PT TIJA's
attorney dated June 3, 2020, which basically stated
that even case number: 1043 K/Pdt.Sus-KIP/2019
was decided on December 10, 2019 with the
following decision:
Judge:
1. Granted the cassation petition from
PT TAMAN IMPIAN JAYA ANCOL Appeal.
2. To cancel the decision of the North Jakarta
District Court No. 680/Pdt.G/KIP/2017/
PN.Jkt.Utr. May 7, 2019.
Self Judgement:
1. Granted the Application for Objection to the
decision of the DKI Jakarta Provincial
Information Commission No. 0011/IV/KIP-DKI-
PS/2017 which was submitted by the Objection
Petitioner / originally the Respondent for Public
Information in part;
2. Declare that even the Objection Petitioner/
previously the Piblik Information Respondent is
the true Petitioner;
3. To cancel the Decision of the DKI Jakarta
Provincial Information Commission No. 0011/
IV/KIP-DKI-PS/2017 dated November 30, 2017
issued by the DKI Jakarta Provincial
Information Commission for all with all the legal
consequences;
4. Punish the Objection Respondent/originally the
Public Information Applicant to submit to this
decision; and
5. Rejecting applications other than and the rest;
6. The Cassation Respondent to pay the court fee
at all levels of trial, which in this level of
cassation is Rp500,000 (five hundred thousand
rupiah)
