a. Berdasarkan Ketetapan Walikotamadya Jakarta
Utara selaku Ketua Panitia Pengadaan Tanah
(P2T) Pelaksanaan Pembangunan untuk
Kepentingan Umum Wilayah Kotamadya
Jakarta Utara No. 02/PPT/JU/111/95 tanggal 16
Maret 1995, tanah yang digunakan untuk jalan
tol yang termasuk dalam HPL No. 1 milik
Perusahaan adalah seluas 143.574 m 2 dengan
a. Based on the decision letter of the North Jakarta
Mayor, as Head of Land Provision (P2T)
Development Implementation for the Public Zone
of North Jakarta No. 02/PPT/JU/111/95 dated
March 16, 1995, the land owned by the Company
included in HPL No.1 with total area of 143,574
sqm will be used for toll road and has
replacement value of Rp92,841,556,850.
