Buku laporan ini berisi laporan dari hasil penelitian pribadi mengenai potensi, tingkat pemanfaatan, dan ketersediaan cadangan & produktivitas sumber daya dari tanaman umbi-umbian pada tahun 2018. Perhitungan neraca akan terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu perhitungan terhadap neraca fisik (luasan lahan & jumlah produksi) dan neraca moneter (pendapatan). Kemudian hasil pada tahun 2018, akan diproyeksikan dalam 20 tahun mendatang untuk mengetahui kontribusi pemanfaatan tanaman umbi-umbian terhadap produk domestik regional bruto. // This report book contains reports of personal research regarding the potential, level of utilization, and availability of reserves & resource productivity of root crops in 2018. The balance calculation will be divided into two : the calculation of the physical balance (land area & total production) and the monetary balance (income). Then the results in 2018 will be projected in the next 20 years to determine the contribution of the use of root crops to the gross regional domestic product.
