Aankh say sonnay,<br />

kan say bolnay<br />

aur monh say daikhnay ki koshesh ya khaesh yaqinun<br />

fitrat kay sath gustakhi ho gi.<br />

Gurday dharak nahain saktay,<br />

dil say pishaab karnay kay azo ka kaam laina hamaqat<br />

aur na'dani say ziyada kuch nahain.<br />

Yah na'siraf fitrat kay khalaf zulm, ziyadti aur sazish ho<br />

gi balkah in aza ko bhi mout kay ghaat otarna ho ga. Baz<br />

log fitrat kay dushmun afaal ko siraf aur siraf chand<br />

lamhoon ki lazat aur lutaf ko rawa rakhtay hain. Is lutaf<br />

lazzat ya illati majbori ki pusht par un'haad noqsanaat ki<br />

ghatri mojood hoti hai. Waqt gozar janay kay baad her<br />

qisam ka dawa daru bai'asar bai'maeni aur la'yaeni<br />

teharta hai.<br />

Aaj kay taraqi pasand aur mafadi ehad main bohat kuch


ghalt ho raha hai aur shakas apna hi noqsan kiay ja raha<br />

hai to is say barh kar koee hairat ki baat nahain ho sakti.<br />

Aaj chahar soo jamhoriat ka charcha aur bool bala<br />

Kisi ghalt ka chop kar hona bhi ghalt hai laikin os kaam<br />

Fael kay aala-e-tanasal ki bala-o-zarein varidain<br />

kamzoor par jati hain. Pinas ki jild phat jati hai jis kay<br />

zariay kaee bimarioon kay jaraseem dakhal ho saktay<br />

hain. Sozak aisi na'morad bimari lahaq ho sakti hai.<br />

Zarorat parnay par sinaf-e-mokhlif say malaap ki surat

1-Qovat-e-bardasht khatam ho jati hai.<br />

2- Janoni halat ho jati hai.<br />

3- Gorday matasar hotay hain.<br />

4- Dil ki bimariyaan janum lay laiti hain.<br />

5- Fariqain apni hi nazroon say gir jatay hain aur os kay


aad baihisi ki surat paida ho jati hai.<br />

6-Yaad'dasht ko noqsan ponchta hai.<br />

7- Nafasyati bimariyaan rah pati hain.<br />

8-Chirchara'pun paida ho jata hai.<br />

9- Anis ghalazat ki jaga hai. Aala-e-tanasol ghalazat say<br />

aaluda hota hai. Fozlay say is nazok ozo ka touch hona,<br />

khir ki khabar nahain la sakta.<br />

Fitri amal ki surat main utaras zarorat kay motabaq<br />

Moalja:<br />
