For further information on criteriaand <strong>standard</strong>s, please refer to thedocument entitled “Guidelines forCriteria and Standard of Courses ofStudy offered by PHEIs” prepared bythe National Accreditation Board, June2002 and also “Quality Assurance ofPublic Universities in Malaysia: Code ofPractice” prepared by the Division ofQuality Assurance, Department ofHigher Education May 2002 edition. Thespecific requirements have beendeveloped by a panel representingacademia and industry. The membersof the panel are as in Appendix A.This specific criteria may serve asguideline when formulating curriculumof hospitality, tourism and culinary artscourses of study.PELUANG DAN CABARANPeluang1.
