Waran tersebut dilaksanakansejak tanggal 30 Mei 2011 sampai dengan 29 Nopember 2012dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp 450 per saham. Selama tahun2011 sejumlah 287 waran telah dilaksanakan. Sampai denganakhir periode pelaksanaan, jumlah waran yang dilaksanakansebanyak 57.287.323 waran dan waran yang belum dikonversimenjadi kadaluarsa.Mutasi jumlah saham Perusahaan adalah sebagai berikut:In 2010, the Company completed an Initial Public Offeringof 900,000,000 new shares with 90,000,000 free warrants(Warrant Series I) (Note 1.d). The proceeds from theissuance of the shares were recognized as paid-up capitaland additional paid-in capital. Those warrants wereexercised from May 30, 2011 up to November 29, 2012with an exercise price of Rp 450 per share. During 2011,287 warrants were exercised.
