Dalam definisiini, PDRB mencakup juga penyusutan danpajak tak langsung neto. Jumlah semuakomponen pendapatan ini per sektordisebut sebagai nilai tambah brutosektoral. Oleh karena itu PDRBmerupakan jumlah dari nilai tambah brutoseluruh sektor (lapangan usaha).c. Menurut Pendekatan Pengeluaran, PDRBmerupakan jumlah semua komponenpermintaan akhir di suatu wilayah, dalamjangka waktu tertentu (satu tahun).Komponen permintaan akhir meliputi :Pengeluaran konsumsi rumah tangga,Pengeluaran konsumsi lembaga nonprofit, Pengeluaran konsumsi Pemerintah,Pembentukan modal tetap bruto,Perubahan stok, dan ekspor netoSecara konsep, ketiga pendekatantersebut menghasilkan angka yang samaantara jumlah pengeluaran dengan jumlahbarang dan jasa akhir yang dihasilkan , danharus sama pula dengan jumlah pendapatan(balas jasa) untuk faktor-faktor produksinya.Selanjutnya, PDRB seperti yang diuraikan diatas disebut sebagai PDRB atas dasar hargapasar, karena mencakup pajak tak langsungneto.1.2.2 Produk Domestik Regional Neto(PDRN) atas dasar Harga PasarPDRN atas dasar harga pasar merupakanPDRB atas dasar harga pasar dikurangidengan penyusutan. Penyusutan yangdimaksud adalah nilai susutnya barang-barangmodal tetap yang digunakan dalam prosesproduksi selama setahun.1.2.3 PDRN atas dasar Biaya FaktorPDRN atas dasar biaya faktor adalahPDRN atas dasar harga pasar dikurangi pajaktak langsung neto. Expenditure Approach, Expenditureapproach expresses GRDP as the totalcomponent of final demand in a region.The final demand covers: Theconsumption expenditure of household,private non profit institutionsconsumption, Government consumption,Gross domestic fixed capital formation,increase in stock, and net export.Conceptually, the three approachesgive the same results for total expenditure oftotal final goods and services, and totalincome of production factors. Further, GRDPas defined above is necessarily termed asGRDP at market prices, since it includes netindirect taxes.1.2.2 Net Regional Domestic Product(NRDP) at Market PricesNRDP at Market Prices refers toGRDP at market prices minus depreciation.The depreciation is reduction of fixed capitalgoods during the process in one year.1.2.3 NRDP at Factor CostNRDP at factor cost is defined as theproduct at market prices minus net indirecttaxes. The net indirect taxes are total indirecttaxes minus government subsidies.
