Kode Tata Laku (Code of Conduct) merupakan seperangkat aturan kelola perusahaan yang menjelaskan nilai dan aturan bisnis standar yang dijalankan oleh Perusahaan dan menjadi acuan bagi setiap individu yang bergabung di dalamnya. Kode Tata Laku ini juga sebagai sarana untuk mencegah tindakan penyelewengan atau fraud oleh para karyawan (Anti Fraud System). Pengembangan Karyawan Untuk mendorong pengembangan karyawan, perusahaan melakukan berbagai usaha yang meliputi: pemberian coaching oleh Atasan, job rotation atau mutasi karyawan, dan pendirian Ciputra Training Center dimana para pekerja dapat mengikuti pelatihan soft skill atau technical skill sesuai dengan kebutuhan dalam bidang pekerjaannya . Perusahaan senantiasa mendorong para karyawan untuk berpartisipasi dalam berbagai jenis pelatihan eksternal (public training) baik dalam negeri atau luar negeri (untuk para manager ke atas). Perusahaan membuat program rutin seperti Quality Improvement Program, Innovation Awards dan Managerial Development Program. Program tersebut merupakan program tahunan yang dilakukan perusahaan untuk menggali kreativitas, inovasi serta kualitas karyawan untuk menghasilkan terobosan dalam memperoleh kinerja yang unggul. The company strives to provide an ideal working environment, nurture, evaluate and reward its employees appropriately in order to reach its goal. The details of those efforts are as follows: Working Environment The company makes every effort to maintain a working environment that is comfortable and promotes better work performance. This is done by implementing a Code of Conduct (CoC) and the values of: integrity, team work, innovation and leadership. The Code of Conduct is a set of rules outlining principles and corporate governance implemented by management that is used as a behavioral guide for employees. Incorporated in the Code of Conduct are corporate values regarding unlawful acts such as fraud, thus it is also used as a control to aid in minimizing such behaviors. Employee Development To nurture its employees, the company encourages coaching by senior employees, job rotation and established Ciputra Training Center, which provides in-house trainings on both technical and non-technical skills. In addition to the internal training, the company also provides the opportunity for its employees to participate in public training workshops and seminars held locally and internationally (for employees in managerial and higher positions). As well as training programs, the company provides its employees with programs such as: Quality Improvement Program (QIP), Innovation Awards and Managerial Development Program annually. These programs are designed to polish employees’ creativity and innovation so as to encourage them to grow and develop superior performance. 72

LAPORAN TAHUNAN 2010 ANNUAL REPORT Selain peningkatkan kompetensi dan keterampilan karyawan, Perusahaan juga memberi perhatian terhadap pembentukan karakter, pembinaan rasa kebersamaan antar karyawan dan peningkatan semangat kerja dalam organisasi. Employee gathering, outing, penghargaan atas prestasi kerja, penghargaan atas lamanya waktu kerja dan kegiatan sejenis lainnya dilakukan Penilaian Karyawan Selain berfokus pada pengembangan dan kesejahteraan karyawan, perusahaan juga mengembangkan sistem penilaian karyawan yang dapat mengukur kinerja karyawan secara menyeluruh. Penilaian karyawan dilakukan berdasarkan kompetensi dan Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Penilaian ini dilakukan per tahun dan akan berpengaruh terhadap promosi karyawan, selain itu penilaian ini dapat memberikan masukan tentang kekurangan kompetensi karyawan yang perlu ditingkatkan. Kesejahteraan Karyawan Perusahaan menyadari bahwa tingkat kesejahteraan akan berdampak langsung terhadap kualitas dan semangat kerja karyawan. Peningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan juga menjadi agenda yang terus mendapat perhatian dari Perusahaan, antara lain melalui pemberian paket kompensasi dan tunjangan yang kompetitif. Selain itu, karyawan dengan masa kerja tertentu juga berhak mendapatkan fasilitas berupa potongan harga untuk pembelian rumah di proyek-proyek yang dikembangkan perusahaan. Komposisi Karyawan Seiring dengan perkembangan bisnis yang ditandai dengan bertambahnya jumlah proyek yang dikembangkan dan dikelola, pada akhir tahun 2010, Perusahaan dan anak perusahaan mempekerjakan 2.122 karyawan. To promote character building, sense of togetherness and a high spirited working environment, the company routinely holds events such as trips, employee gatherings, and gives out awards for achievements such as: superior performance and service duration. Performance Evaluation To achieve comprehensive superior performance, the company believes that evaluation as well as training is needed. For this purpose, PT Ciputra Development Tbk uses the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and other competence based evaluation techniques to regulate and assess the performance of each employee. This evaluation is also used to detect employees’ weaknesses so that they could work on those weaknesses and improve their performance. This process is conducted annually and affects employees’ promotions. Employee Welfare The Company believes that its employees’ welfare directly affects their will to work and ultimately their performance. Therefore, the company strives in providing their employees with the best compensation packages. Employees are offered competitive compensations teamed with health insurance, pension program and special discount facility on the purchase of its products after a certain length of service. Employee Composition The year 2010 has been a year of significant growth for PT Ciputra Development Tbk. To support this substantial growth, the company and its subsidiaries employ 2,122 workers.
