Mengarahkan dan mengendalikan kebijakan dan strategi pengembangan sumber daya<br />

manusia untuk mendukung aktivitas perusahaan, termasuk pengadaan dan pengelolaan<br />

prasarana/sarana kerja, rekrutmen dan pelatihan tenaga kerja, serta menetapkan sistim<br />

renumerasi yang mendorong produktivitas kerja.<br />

To direct and control the policies and strategies of human resources development to<br />

support the Company’s activities. This includes procurement and management of working<br />

facilities and utilities, recruitment and training and determination of remuneration system to<br />

enhance productivity.<br />

Mengkoordinir dan menetapkan strategi yang tepat dalam menawarkan produk dan jasa<br />

perusahaan, termasuk menciptakan produk baru yang diminati konsumen, menentukan<br />

kepuasan pelanggan.<br />

To coordinate and determine effective strategies in offering the Company’s products and<br />

services, including new products development, promotion and pricing strategies design<br />

and providing after sales service to raise the customers’ satisfaction.<br />

opportunities, performing project surveys and feasibility studies as well as maintaining<br />

good relationships with potential business partners.<br />

Mengkoordinir penyampaian informasi kepada para stakeholder, menjalin hubungan yang<br />

baik dengan berbagai pihak yang terkait dengan investasi pasar modal.<br />

To coordinate information disclosures to stakeholders, maintaining good relationship with<br />
