Proyek Grand Shenyang International
City tersebut akan dikembangkan
menjadi kawasan lengkap yang
terdiri dari hunian, komersial, mixed
used dan fasilitas rekreasi dan olah
raga. Keseluruhan pengembangan
proyek ini akan dilakukan selama 8
tahun (pembangunan proyek akan
dimulai pertengahan 2011) dan
jumlah unit rumah dan apartemen
yang dibangun akan mencapai
20.000 unit. Untuk tahap awal akan
dikembangkan lahan seluas 57,3 ha,
yang terdiri dari kawasan hunian villa
dan townhouse serta fasilitas rekreasi
dan olah raga.

City merupakan proyek pertama
Perusahaan yang dikembangkan di
luar negeri melalui joint venture.

an integrated new town project in
Shenyang, Liaoning province, China.
Shenyang is located in the north east
of Beijing, is populated by 7.5 million.
It is one of the second tier cities
in China with the highest growth.
For the past 5 years, the economic
growth was about 16% per year
on average, with GDP per capita of
about USD 6,300.

The Grand Shenyang International
City Project will be developed as
an integrated area consisting of
residential, commercial properties,
teamed with recreational and
sport facilities. The development
will be fully completed in 8 years
(commencement of the project is
scheduled on the second half of
2011), with the number of houses
and apartments built reaching
20,000 units. During the first phase,
an area of 57.3 ha, which consists
of villa residential, townhouse and
recreation and sport facilities will be
developed.
Grand Shenyang Inernational City is
the Company’s first international joint
venture project.
