CitraLand Banjarmasin meluncurkan sebuah
mahakarya dengan new concept living
perumahan ekslusif, modern dan ramah
lingkungan yang terdiri dari residensial zone
dan townhouse zone dengan penataan
landscape yang baik, thematic park dan
children play ground. Proyek baru ini akan
menjadi icon baru di kota Banjarmasin
dan mengikuti sukses proyek sebelumnya,
CitraGarden Banjarmasin.
CitraLand Banjarmasin launched
a masterpiece of an exclusive new
concept housing which is modern and
environmentally friendly. This housing
consists of a residential zone and a
town house zone and is equipped with
beautiful landscapes, a theme park and
a play ground. This new project will be a
new icon of the city Banjarmasin and will
follow the success of our previous project,
CitraGarden Banjarmasin.

CitraHarmoni Sidoarjo menyelenggarakan
Romantik Imlek bersamaan dengan
Valentine’s Day sekalian memasarkan
rumah cluster terbaru, De Concerto, yang
menargetkan para profesional dan keluarga
muda. Paket pembayaran menarik hasil
kerjasama dengan beberapa bank dan harga
yg terjangkau sekitar Rp 200 jutaan per unit
menyebabkan seluruh rumah tahap pertama
terjual habis sebanyak 95 unit.
CitraHarmoni Sidoarjo held a “Romantic
Chinese New Year” event to celebrate
Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day as
well as to market its newest cluster houses,
“De Concerto”, which target market
consist of professionals and young families.
Attractive payment plans produced from
collaboration with banks and affordable
prices of around Rp 200 million resulted in
the successful sale of all 95 units.
CitraGarden City Jakarta mengadakan acara
“Prosperity Fiesta 2010” dalam rangka
Chinese New Year, bertempat di Plaza Circle
West – Citra 6. Acara ini dikemas dalam
bentuk marketing event, bazaar makanan
khas China, pagelaran barongsai, wushu,
musik tradisional Cina, dan pemilihan Koko &
Cici Citra Garden City.
CitraGarden City Jakarta held a “Prosperity
Fiesta 2010” event to celebrate Chinese
New Year, which took place at Plaza Circle
West – Citra 6. This event consisted of a
marketing event; Chinese food festival;
a pageant competition, “Koko & Cici
CitraGarden City”; and performances of lion
dance; wushu martial arts and traditional
Chinese music.
Hotel Ciputra Semarang merenovasi semua
kamar dengan menghadirkan desain
interior baru yang memadukan nuansa dan
sentuhan Etnik Jawa. Selain itu hotel ini juga
menyediakan 27 kamar Grand Deluxe Room
dan menambakan fasilitas baru seperti LCD
TV dengan 47 program dalam dan luar negeri,
brankas, koneksi internet, dan gratis satu set
laundry. Selain itu hotel juga memperluas The
Executive Lounge yang terletak di lantai 10,
menampilkan sisi lain pemandangan terbaik
kota Semarang, seperti Simpang Lima, Masjid
Agung, Pelabuhan Semarang dan Laut Jawa.
Hotel Ciputra Semarang underwent
renovation of all its rooms, now featuring
Java themed interior design and new
facilities such as 27 Grand Deluxe Rooms,
LCD TVs with 47 local and international
channels, safe deposit boxes, internet
connections, and one-time free laundry
services. This hotel also widened the
Executive Lounge on its 10th floor now
displaying a view of Semarang’s landmarks
such as Simpang Lima, Masjid Agung,
Semarang Harbor and Java Sea.
