Proyek properti komersial pertama, CitraLand<br />

Mall dan Hotel (sekarang Mal dan Hotel<br />

Barat resmi beroperasi. Proyek sejenis juga<br />

dikembangkan di Semarang pada tahun<br />

25.000.000 dengan jangka waktu 3 tahun oleh CDIF.<br />

Stock split from Rp 1,000 to Rp 500.<br />

Increase of authorized capital to Rp 1,000 billion.<br />

Rights Issue I of 250,000,000 shares.<br />

Listing on Surabaya Stock Exchange (SSX).<br />

Issuance of Bonds with nominal value of Rp 150 billion. The Bonds had 5<br />

years term and were listed on SSX.<br />

Issuance of Transferrable Loan Certificate Facility (TLCF) totaling USD<br />
