c. Berdasarkan Perjanjian Kerjasama periode<br />

31 Desember 2010 – 31 Desember 2013,<br />

jumlah kompensasi adalah sebesar<br />

Rp 2.050 per tahun untuk tug boat dan<br />

tongkang. Perjanjian ini telah diperpanjang<br />

untuk 3 tahun yaitu sampai dengan 2016.<br />

Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2013 dan 2012,<br />

masing-masing sebesar 53,09% dan 50,66% dari<br />

nilai tercatat aset tetap digunakan sebagai<br />

jaminan atas utang bank, pinjaman diterima, dan<br />

liabilitas sewa pembiayaan (Catatan 17, 19, 20<br />

dan 38).<br />

Tingkat penyelesaian aset dalam pembangunan<br />

pada tanggal 31 Desember 2013 adalah sebesar<br />

50% - 90%.<br />

Aset tetap, kecuali tanah, telah diasuransikan<br />

terhadap risiko kebakaran, pencurian, gempa<br />

bumi dan risiko lainnya dengan jumlah<br />

pertanggungan sebagai berikut:<br />

c. Based on Cooperation Agreement for<br />

period December 31, 2010 – December 31,<br />

2013, annual compensation amounts to<br />

Rp 2,050 for the tug boat and barge. The<br />

agreement has been extended for 3 years<br />

until 2016.<br />

As of December 31, 2013 and 2012, 59.09% and<br />

50.66%, respectively, of the total carrying value<br />

of property, plant and equipment are used as<br />

collateral on bank loans, borrowings and finance<br />

lease liabilities (Notes 17, 19, 20 and 38).<br />

The percentage of completion of construction in<br />

progress is 50% - 90% as of December 31, 2013.<br />

Property, plant, and equipment, except for land,<br />

are insured against fire, theft, earthquake and<br />

other possible risks with insurance coverage as<br />

follows:<br />

Manajemen berpendapat bahwa nilai<br />

pertanggungan tersebut cukup untuk menutupi<br />

kemungkinan kerugian atas aset yang<br />

dipertanggungkan.<br />

Estimasi nilai wajar tanah serta bangunan dan<br />

prasarana pada tanggal 31 Desember 2013 dan<br />

2012 masing-masing sebesar Rp 1.799.584 dan<br />

Rp 1.595.389.<br />

Manajemen berpendapat bahwa tidak terdapat<br />

penurunan nilai atas aset tersebut.<br />

Management believes that the insurance<br />

coverages are adequate to cover possible losses<br />

that might arise from such risks on the property,<br />

plant and equipment insured.<br />

The estimated fair value of the land as well as<br />

buildings and improvements as of December 31,<br />

2013 and 2012 amounted to Rp 1,799,584 and<br />

Rp 1,595,389, respectively.<br />

Management believes that there is no<br />

impairment in value of the aforementioned<br />

assets.<br />
