Terms and Conditions
1. This contest is organized by Yeo Hiap Seng Trading Sdn Bhd [“the Organizer] and is open to all Malaysians above 18 years of age
except the employees and their immediate families of Yeo Hiap Seng Trading Sdn Bhd, their affiliates and/or related companies,
distributors, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies.
2. The H-TWO-O Ultimate Challenge Contest (“Contest”) will run from 15th June 2012 to 14th September 2012 ("Contest Period").
The Organizer reserves the right to extend and vary the Contest Period at any time without prior notice.
3. All completed entries together with the proof of purchase must reach the Organizer by 14th September 2012 5.00pm. All entries
received after the closing date will be disqualified.
4. Each entry form must be accompanied by the required minimum 6 points of either or both Sparkling H-TWO-O Can 330ml or PET
500ml bottle. Point(s) as below :
• Can 330ml Pull Ring with printed “Yeo’s”: 1 point
• PET500ml bottle label: 2 points

6. Incomplete, illegible, incorrect, damaged, late or lost entry forms and without required proof of purchase (Can 300ml Pull Ring with
printed “Yeo’s” or PET 500ml bottle label) will be disqualified. Photocopies of entry forms are permitted. Proof of postage is not proof
of receipt.
7. Top 10 entries will be selected from Peninsular Malaysia to participate in the event finale scheduled at the following respective venue.

The Grand Prize: Peninsular Malaysia - Nissan Livina X-Gear x 1 unit
The mentioned Grand Prize excludes Road Tax, Registration Fee, Number Plates, Ownership Claim Fee, Insurance, Handling &
Inspection Fee. This shall be borne by the winner.
The Grand Prize to be claimed at winners' own expense. All decisions made are final. The Organizer will not entertain any request to
appeal or review on the decision made by the Organizer.
The Organizer will not bear any expenses incurred by the finalists for the mentioned. All transportation, accommodation, personal cost
and/or any other costs and/or any other related expenses that are incurred to participate in this contest / event finale and/or to redeem
the prize are the sole responsibility of the participants and winners.
8. The selected Top 10 Finalist from Peninsular Malaysia will be notified latest by 21st September 2012 to participate in the event finale.
9. The Organizer reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with alternative prizes of similar value, at any
time without prior notice. All prizes are given on an “As is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, other items or voucher in
part or in full.
10. The actual vehicle colour and specifications may vary from the picture shown on the contest entry form or any other point of sale
materials.
11. The risk in the prize(s) shall pass to the winner(s) upon collection. It is the responsibility of the winner(s) to obtain, at their own cost
andexpense, the relevant & requisite warranties associated with the prize(s) directly from the respective manufacturers or suppliers.
12. The Organizer reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any invalid entries, to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or change
the contest and its prizes without any notification. Correspondence will not be entertained.
13. Winners shall assume full responsibility in case of any accident, damage or claim resulting from participation of this contest and/or
usage and/or redemption of their prizes.
14. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Organizer and its agencies to use the winners' names and/or photographs for
purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice.
15. By participating in this contest, participants hereby warrant that all statements and personal details given are true, correct, accurate,
and complete and that the participants have read and understood all the rules, regulations, terms and conditions of this contest
and agree to be unconditionally bound by them.
16. The Organizer reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to the aforesaid terms and conditions of the Contest without prior
notice and participants shall be bound by such changes, amendments, deletions or additions.
17. The terms and conditions of this contest are prepared in English and Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of inconsistencies between the
English and Bahasa Malaysia versions, the English version of the terms and conditions shall prevail.

Terma dan Syarat
1. Peraduan ini dianjurkan oleh Yeo Hiap Seng Trading Sdn Bhd ("Penganjur") dan terbuka kepada semua rakyat Malaysia berumur 18 tahun
ke atas kecuali pekerja Yeo Hiap Seng Trading Sdn Bhd dan keluarga terdekat mereka, sekutu dan/atau syarikat berkaitan mereka,
pengedar, peruncit serta agensi pengiklanan dan promosi.
2. Peraduan H-TWO-O Ultimate Challenge ("Peraduan") ini akan berlangsung dari 15hb Jun 2012 hingga 14hb September 2012
("Tempoh Peraduan"). Penganjur berhak untuk melanjutkan dan mengubah Tempoh Peraduan pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis awal.
3. Semua penyertaan yang lengkap berserta bukti pembelian mesti sampai kepada Penganjur pada 14hb September 2012 sebelum jam
5.00 petang. Semua penyertaan yang diterima selepas tarikh tutup akan dibatalkan.
4. Setiap borang penyertaan mesti disertakan dengan 6 mata minimum yang diperlukan, salah satu atau kedua-duanya terdiri daripada tin
minuman 330ml atau botol PET 550ml Sparkling H-TWO-O. Kiraan mata adalah seperti berikut :

7. 10 penyertaan terbanyak akan dipilih dari Semenanjung Malaysia untuk mengambil bahagian dalam acara kemuncak yang dijadualkan
di tempat yang dinyatakan seperti berikut.

Hadiah Utama yang dinyatakan tidak termasuk Cukai Jalan, Yuran Pendaftaran, Plat Nombor, Bayaran Tuntutan Pemilik, Insurans, Bayaran
Pengendalian & Pemeriksaan. Ini hendaklah ditanggung oleh pemenang.
Hadiah Utama hendaklah dituntut atas perbelanjaan pemenang sendiri. Semua keputusan yang dibuat adalah muktamad. Penganjur
tidak akan melayan sebarang permintaan untuk rayuan atau semakan atas keputusan yang telah dibuat oleh Penganjur.
Penganjur tidak akan menanggung apa-apa perbelanjaan yang ditanggung oleh peserta untuk perkara yang dinyatakan. Semua kos
pengangkutan, penginapan, kos peribadi dan/atau sebarang kos lain dan/atau apa-apa perbelanjaan berkaitan lain yang ditanggung

9. Penganjur berhak mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya untuk menggantikan mana-mana hadiah dengan hadiah lain yang sama nilainya, pada
bila-bila masa tanpa notis awal. Semua hadiah diberikan atas dasar "Keadaan sedia ada" dan tidak boleh ditukar untuk wang tunai,
kredit, barangan lain atau baucar, sama ada secara sebahagian atau sepenuhnya
10. Warna dan spesifikasi kenderaan sebenar mungkin berbeza daripada gambar yang ditunjukkan pada borang penyertaan peraduan atau
mana-mana bahan tempat jualan lain.
11. Risiko yang terkandung dalam hadiah akan diserahkan kepada pemenang sebaik diambil. Adalah menjadi tanggungjawab pemenang
untuk mendapatkan, pada kos dan perbelanjaan mereka sendiri, jaminan yang berkenaan & diperlukan berkaitan dengan hadiah terus
daripada pengeluar atau pembekal masing-masing.
12. Penganjur berhak atas budi bicara mutlaknya untuk membatalkan mana-mana penyertaan yang tidak sah, untuk membatalkan,
menamatkan, mengubahsuai, menggantung atau menukar peraduan dan hadiahnya tanpa sebarang notis. Surat-menyurat tidak akan
dilayan.
13. Pemenang akan bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya sekiranya berlaku apa-apa kemalangan, kerosakan atau tuntutan akibat daripada
penyertaan dalam peraduan ini dan/atau penggunaan dan/atau penebusan hadiah mereka.
14. Penerimaan hadiah memberi kebenaran kepada Penganjur dan agensi-agensinya untuk menggunakan nama dan/atau gambar
pemenang untuk tujuan publisiti, pengiklanan dan/atau perdagangan tanpa sebarang pampasan atau notis tambahan.
15. Dengan menyertai peraduan ini, peserta dengan ini menjamin bahawa semua kenyataan dan butiran peribadi yang diberikan adalah
benar, betul, tepat dan lengkap dan bahawa peserta telah membaca dan memahami semua kaedah, peraturan, terma dan syarat
peraduan ini dan bersetuju untuk terikat tanpa syarat dengannya.
16. Penganjur berhak untuk mengubah, meminda, memadam atau menambah terma dan syarat Peraduan yang dinyatakan di atas tanpa
notis awal dan peserta akan terikat dengan perubahan, pindaan, pemadaman atau penambahan berikut.
