Paolo Iashvili’s urban text and its modified arguments
Summary
From begin write poetry, during many year, Paolo Iashvili dont treason
once thematic and genre done election. As much as, town with his social
and artistic environment stayed till the end his verses theme. Though
various stageof his creative work, it perceived different poetry parameters.
In symbolist epoch, for testify urban daily, poet performanced country’s
romantic, picturesque landscape and contrast among this two world.
Altogether the town of this period in Paolo Iashvili’s verses are the straight
analogue of classical sumbolocal appearance: Typical for the urban
existence loneliness, cold, unreliability, heavy daily round, deliver from
aesthetism, dirty and amoral environment, degeneracy of human senses.
Lately, this thematic appeared in a different way, but this process realized
in other geographical environment. In Paolo Iashvili’s creation appeared
Tbilisi, which never were countryman’s perception metropolia for poet.
Aftar 1925 year written ”urban verses” more exposeed description,
panoramation and viewation, appear poet’s public sentiments, emotion
inspection, ideology and creation changeability.
Urban verses ofter 1930 year in spite of artistic forms, all that, not transmuted
reflection of Paolo Iashvili’s poetical renome, distinguished “revolutionary
romance” soon repressed and Paolo Iashvili almost fell silent…
Though urban themes in Paolo Iashvili’s poetry wos’t only designation
moods and poetical exteriors changes- in this fond expressed important
problem of his poetical biography: national plural subjects.
