Statement by Directors In the opinion of the Directors, the financial statements set out on pages 111 to 160 have been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 1965 and applicable approved accounting standards in Malaysia so as to give a true and fair view of: (i) the state of affairs of the Group and of the Company as at 31 December <strong>2005</strong> and of their results for the financial year then ended; and (ii) the cash flows of the Group and of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December <strong>2005</strong>.
