Bhg. Datuk Zahari Omar and Y. Bhg. Dato’ Dr. Mohd Shahari Ahmad Jabar being common Directors of both TV3 and the Company. The Group and the Company have transacted with The New Straits Times Press (Malaysia) Berhad (‘NSTP’) and its subsidiaries, which are deemed to be related by virtue of NSTP being an associate and Encik Abdul Rahman Ahmad and Encik Shahril Ridza Ridzuan being common Directors of both NSTP and the Company. The Directors are of the opinion that the above transactions are in the normal course of business and at terms mutually agreed between the parties.
