(<strong>WINS</strong>) <strong>receives</strong> <strong>USD10million</strong><br />
investment in Convertible Loan from<br />
IFC<br />
<strong>PT</strong> <strong>Wintermar</strong> <strong>Offshore</strong> <strong>Marine</strong> <strong>Tbk</strong> (<strong>WINS</strong>) has signed an<br />
agreement to receive <strong>USD10million</strong> in funds from IFC in the<br />
form of a Convertible Loan with exercise price of Rp500. The<br />
funds will be earmarked for expansion in the offshore oil and<br />
gas industry .<br />
The Convertible Loan has a term of 3 years with an exercise<br />
price of Rp500 per share. The financing increases <strong>WINS</strong>’<br />
capacity to tender for several upcoming projects in the<br />
offshore oil and gas industry, particularly to support deepwater<br />
drilling in Eastern Indonesia.<br />

company's strong growth in the coming years as we expand<br />
and upgrade our fleet to fulfill the high demand for offshore<br />
services in the energy sector in Indonesia and the South East<br />

investor in <strong>PT</strong> <strong>Wintermar</strong> <strong>Offshore</strong> <strong>Marine</strong> <strong>Tbk</strong>, the largest<br />
Indonesian offshore supply vessels company and a valued<br />
partner," said Sérgio Pimenta, IFC director for East Asia and<br />
the Pacific. "Our investment will assist the company's<br />
expansion in the frontier areas of Indonesia and will help<br />
improve infrastructure services for the gas and oil industry, an<br />
important sector of the country's economy."<br />
As at 31st August 2012 the total contracts on hand of <strong>WINS</strong><br />
are valued US$ 262.9million, compared to US$196million at<br />
the end of June 2012.<br />

(<strong>WINS</strong>) menerima USD10 juta investasi<br />
IFC dalam bentuk Convertible Loan<br />
<strong>PT</strong> <strong>Wintermar</strong> <strong>Offshore</strong> <strong>Marine</strong> <strong>Tbk</strong> (<strong>WINS</strong>) telah<br />
menandatangani perjanjian dengan IFC untuk Convertible<br />
Loan senilai USD 10 juta dengan harga exercise Rp 500.<br />
Dana tersebut akan digunakan untuk pengembangan dalam<br />
industri migas lepas pantai.<br />
Convertible Loan tersebut memiliki jangka waktu 3 tahun<br />
dengan harga exercise Rp 500 per lembar saham.<br />
Pembiayaan ini akan meningkatkan kemampuan <strong>WINS</strong> untuk<br />
mengikuti tender proyek-proyek yang akan datang dalam<br />
industri migas lepas pantai, khususnya untuk mendukung<br />
aktifitas pengeboran di wilayah Timur Indonesia.<br />

Per 31 Agustus 2012 nilai total kontrak yang dimiliki <strong>WINS</strong><br />
adalah USD262,9 juta, dibandingkan dengan posisi per akhir<br />
Juni 2012 senilai USD196 juta.
