We, TUN AHMAD SARJI BIN ABDUL HAMID and TAN SRI DATO’SRI HAMAD KAMA PIAH BIN CHE OTHMAN, being two of the directors
of PELABURAN HARTANAH NASIONAL BERHAD, do hereby state that, in the opinion of the directors, the accompanying financial
statements set out on pages 76 to 103 are drawn up in accordance with applicable Financial Reporting Standards in Malaysia, the
Securities Commission’s Guidelines on Real Estate Investment Trusts and the provisions of the Trust Deed so as to give a true and
fair view of the financial position of AMANAH HARTA TANAH PNB as at 31 December 2009 and of its results and the cash flows for
the year then ended.
