PORTFOLIO TURNOVER RATIO 2009 2008 Portfolio Turnover Ratio (“PTR”) 0.08 times 0.07 times PTR is the ratio of the average of acquisitions and disposals of investments for the year to the average net asset value of the Trust, calculated on a yearly basis. Since the average net asset value of the Trust is calculated on a yearly basis, comparison of the PTR of the Trust with other units trusts which use different basis of calculation may not be an accurate comparison. 31. MANAGEMENT EXPENSE RATIO 2009 2008 Management Expense Ratio (“MER”) 1.41% 1.27% MER is calculated based on the total fees and expenses incurred by the Trust divided by the average net asset value of the Trust for the year. Since the average net asset value of the Trust is calculated on a yearly basis, comparison of the MER of the Trust with other units trusts which use different basis of calculation may not be an accurate comparison.
