UNDERSTANDING OF <strong>ART</strong> SECTOR MANAGEMENT<br />
Summary<br />
In the article is briefly examined essence of attitude of meaning<br />
culture and art management. The proposed work presents a descriptive<br />
analysis of negotiation of culture and culture management, meaning of<br />
management differentiation in art sector and aims.<br />
This article describes peculiarity of marketing in art and culture<br />
sector and special of art market. The article concerns development<br />
trends of art management and how to use business skills to support and<br />
promote a variety of visual, performing, and media arts and artists. For<br />
the time being the cultural market is playing important role in the world<br />
economy. However, with all their importances there are financial<br />
problems presents with financing of culture sector. Business skills, arts<br />
and entertainment managers play a key role in bringing great<br />
performances, paintings, scripts, songs, and more to the public.<br />
In this article author argue for more theoretical discussion and<br />
empirical research into organizational and managerial dynamics of<br />
commercial cultural production. Their concern grows out of their<br />
observation that management research is neglecting cultural production<br />
as a serious object of investigation despite its economic, social, and<br />
political significance.<br />
