penting yang harus menjadi pusat perhatian
pemerintahan daerah, terutama daerah
pedesaan. Sarana prasarana yang
mendukung terutama kemudahan akses,
kelengkapan fasilitas kesehatan merupakan
faktor penting meningkatkan kelayakan
hidup di pedesaan.
Pengembangan suatu wilayah
membutuhkan dana yang tidak kecil, pada
tahun 2011 kabupaten Poso mengeluarkan
dana bantuan pembangunan desa dengan
total 1.709.987 ribu rupiah dengan alokasi
terbanyak di kecamatan Pamona Timur
yaitu 153.064 ribu rupiah. Alokasi terkecil
yaitu di kecamatan Lore Timur yaitu sebesar
59.196 ribu rupiah. Selain itu dana bantuan
juga di alokasi untuk biaya opersional BPD,
LPM dan PKK Desa dengan total berturut-
turut 683.990 ribu rupiah, 342.083 ribu
rupiah 205.192 ribu rupiah. Rincian untuk
kecamatan dapat dilihat pada tabel 3.3.2.
Anggaran belanja pemerintah
daerah dapat dilihat dari Dana Alokasi
Umum (DAU) dan Alokasi Dana Desa
(ADD) . Untuk menunjung kinerja aparatur
pemerintah daerah hingga tingkat desa /
kelurahan dibutuhkan biaya yang tidak
sedikit. Sebagian besar sumber dana
berasal dari APBD Kabupaten Poso.

The local government’s budget
can be seen from the General Allocation
Funds (GAF) and Village Fund Allocation
(VFA). To support the performance of local
government officials up to the level of village
/ urban village needs a lot of expense. Most
of the funding sources come from Poso
Regency’s budget.
