Kemiringan 3-15 % (landai agak
miring) tersebar hampir diseluruh
kecamatan kecuali Kecamatan Lage
Kemiringan 16-40 % (miring agak
curam), terdapat dihampir seluruh
kecamatan kecuali di wilayah
Kecamatan Lore Selatan. Sedangkan
kemiringan yang terluas terdapat di
Kecamatan Lore Utara.
Kemiringan lebih dari 40 % (sangat
curam), merupakan bagian terluas
dari seluruh luas kemiringan tanah di
wilayah Kabupaten Poso.
Jenis tanah didaerah ini terbentuk
dari lapisan kelompok jenis batuan dengan
ciri-ciri dan penyebarannya sebagai berikut:
Batuan Kapur, jenis batuan ini terdapat
di wilayah Kecamatan Pamona Selatan
dan Pamona Utara;
Batuan Skiss, terdapat diwilayah
Kecamatan Pamona Utara, Poso
Pesisir, Lage, Pamona Selatan, Lore
Utara, Lore Selatan dan Poso Kota;
Batuan Metamorfik, hanya terdapat
diwilayah Kecamatan Lore Utara, Lore
Selatan dan sebagian kecil di
Kecamatan Poso Pesisir.
The slope of 3-15% is scattered in
nearly all sub-districts except Lage
Sub-district.
The slope of 16-40 % (rather steep),
almost in all districts except in South
Lore Sub-district, while the widest
slope is in North Lore Sub-district.
The slope of more than 40 % (very
steep), is the largest part of all land
slope in Poso Regency area.
The soil type in this area is
formed from group of layers of rock type
with the characteristics and distribution as
follows:
Limestone rocks, this type of rock is
located in South Pamona Sub-district
and North Pamona Sub-district.
Skis rocks, located in Sub-districts of
North Pamona, Coastal Poso, Lage,
South Pamona, North Lore, South Lore
and City Poso;
Metamorphic rocks, only located in
Sub-Districts of North Lore, South Lore
and some are in Coastal Poso.
