Board Committees
The Board is supported by Board committees which have been delegated with specific responsibilities within clearly defined
terms of references primarily to assist the Board in the execution of its duties and responsibilities. With the exception of the
Executive Committee to which the Board has granted discretionary authority to deliberate and decide certain operational
matters, the ultimate responsibility for final decision on all matters lies with the entire Board.
