Aluminum Tube System
A MyWay egy kiváló minőségű és stílusos
eligazító rendszer, amely moduláris felépítésének
köszönhetően rendkívül rugalmasan
használható. Az 50 és 80 mm átmérőjű
változatban kínált oszlopok közvetlenül bebetonozhatók,
illetve horganyzott és porszórt
acélból készült, 200 mm átmérőjű tányér
talpak segítségével a szilárd padozathoz
csavarozhatók. Az oszlopok tetején 3
mm vastag alumíniumból készült, csavarral
rögzített zárósapka található.
Az oszlopokon egy vagy két horony van (a
80 mm átmérőjű változat négy hornyos kivitelben
is rendelkezésre áll). A táblák a hornyokba
könnyedén beilleszthetők, majd az
alsó élükön található hernyócsavarral rögzíthetők.
A táblák egy alumínium proilkeretből,
illetve az annak mindkét oldalán található
egy-egy 1,5 mm vastag alumínium
lemezből állnak. A sztenderd modelleken
túl egyedi igények mentén az oszlopok és a
táblák a vevői követelményeknek megfelelő
méretben is készülhetnek, akár már felirattal
is ellátva.
With the way inding system MyWay we offer
now a high quality and stylish system
which can be used lexibly due to its modular
structure. The posts, which are available
in diameters of 50 and 80 mm, can either be
directly embedded in concrete or bolted to
an existing foundation with round plate feet
made of galvanized and powder-coated
steel (Ø 200 mm). Cover caps made of 3mm
thick aluminum are screwed to the upper
end of the posts.
The posts have one or two grooves (for
the 80 mm diameter version in addition four
grooves available) in which the signs can be
easily inserted and then secured with a grub
screw at the lower edge. The signs consist of
a aluminum proile frame with a planking of
1.5mm thick aluminum plates on the front
and back. In addition to the standard models,
posts and sings can be manufactured
individually according to customer requirements,
and -upon request- with the appropriate
lettering.
