Felchenfest : jedes Jahr wird in Yvonand der Felchen gefeiert,
ein für den Neuenburgersee typischer Fisch mit feinem Fleisch,
der hier « bondelle » heisst.
The Fisherman, a well-known figure in Yvonand, takes visitors for
a magical early-morning boat trip.
“Fête de la bondelle”: each year, Yvonand celebrates the festival
of the “bondelle”, a delicate tasting freshwater fish from Lake
Neuchâtel.
