It was not judged proper (since this letter was not directed to them) for the Society
to concern themselves therewith, noe were they disired so to do: But that if any person
had any material objection to the commercium, or to the report of the comitée, it might
be considered at any time.

Sir
I have send you the inclosed according to my promise, you’l find by it how much
reason I had for what I before asserted, there were but 18 of them printed here but they
are to be reprinted in Holland, and if M r Leibniz makes any more noise I will still give
the world a greater knowledge of his merits and candor. I am 10

Ich habe neulich die beyden stücke des catalogi, so hiebey kommen zuruck zuschicken
vergeßen. 20
Ich werde die disputationes von Wolfenbutel nach Hanover kommen laßen, umb zu
sehen was damit zu thun. Das beste ist von kleinen sachen nichts zusammen binden
zu laßen als was praecise zusammen gehöhret wird also was anders gebunden, wieder
ausgeschnitten werden müßen.
