Europe’s premiere luxury hotel
Steeped in Viennese history, the Palais Schwarzenberg Hotel is surrounded by its own
private park on one side and the adjacent park of the Palais Belvedere on the other and
overlooks the famous Place Schwarzenberg.
Plans to refurbish and further develop the hotel with additional buildings being constructed
in the Palace grounds, will be completed in close cooperation with Austria’s authority for
monument conservation.
The hotel originally offered 44 rooms and suites. After the massive refurbishment the hotel
will re-open with 9 keys. They will be a mix of traditional Palais-style and very modern,
exclusive design.
The hotel will feature any service you can think of. It will set new standards, exceeding any
5-star deluxe hotel.
Plans are underway for a 000m spa with pool and private treatment rooms. Other
facilities are to include two terrace restaurants with views of the Schwarzenberg Park, a tea
room featuring a listed open fire place and the Palais Bar.
The five magnificent function rooms, along with the ‘Palais Terrasse’ and Schwarzenberg
private park, will provide a unique, incomparable setting that will lend special atmosphere
to any occasion.

Imprégné de l’histoire viennoise, le Palais Schwarzenberg est entouré à la fois de son propre
parc privé ainsi que par les jardins adjacents du célèbre Palais Belvédère surplombant la
fameuse Place Schwarzenberg.
Un projet de rénovation et de développement de l’hôtel par la construction de bâtiments
supplémentaires dans le parc, sera mené en étroite collaboration avec les autorités
autrichiennes en charge de la conservation des monuments historiques.
À l’origine, cet hôtel disposait de 44 chambres et suites. Une fois la rénovation terminée,
l’hôtel proposera environ 9 chambres. Elles conjugueront à la fois le style traditionnel d’un
palais et un design ultra-moderne unique.
L’hôtel proposera tous les services possibles et imaginables. Il offrira un niveau de qualité
nouveau et inégalé devenant ainsi le plus bel hôtel de luxe 5-étoiles existant.
Des plans sont également à l’étude pour la construction d’un centre de thalassothérapie de
000m avec une piscine et des cabines de spa individuelles. Il disposera également de deux
restaurants avec terrasse donnant sur le Parc Schwarzenberg, d’un salon de thé avec
cheminée et d’un bar, le « Palais ».
Les cinq superbes salles de réception, le « Palais Terrasse » et le parc privé Schwarzenberg,
offriront un cadre unique et incomparable pour faire de chaque instant un moment
d’exception inoubliable.
