HOUSE RULES
It’s always pleasant to visit new destinations and get to know
new cultures. It’s also nice to bring along your own culture to
the places you visit. This, however, along with mutual respect
shown to the rules of the house you are staying.

Check-out time / The check out should be completed until 10.00am. Any late check-out
requests need prior approval by the host. Before checking-out, please make sure you have
collected all the towels and bedsheets downstairs in one place.
No smoking / Smoking inside the house is prohibited. You are only allowed to smoke outdoors,
showing respect to the environement.
No unregistered guests / Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed to stay overnight
in the house.
Parties or events / We want our guests to be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to minimum,
especially in the garden side.
Quiet hours / 12:00—8:00am / 15.00—17:00pm.
Towels and sheets / No towel should be taken to the sea and used as a beach towel. Please note
that there are, however, cert towels available to be used for the swimming pool.
Electricity / Due to the high electricity costs and the burden on the environment involved, we
kindly ask you to turn off any electrical appliances before leaving the house.
Keep it clean / Please keep the rooms of the villa clean. Additional cleaning services can be provided
at an extra charge.
Garbage disposal / We kindly ask our guests to place garbage in the available trash can outdoors.
Kindly take the trash to the nearest garbage container at the central road regularly or once the
trash can gets full.
Swimming Pool / Take an outdoor shower before entering the swimming pool. Please do not sit in
a wet swimsuit on any indoor or outdoor fabric furniture. Please remove the sand from your feet
using the outdoor running water before entering the pool.

PAROS
Paros is an island as luminous as its marble.
Combining modern with traditional elements in
a unique way, the island is a mix of traditional
Cycladic architecture, vivid nightlife, magical
beaches, enchanting rural villages, and historical
monuments. Whether you’re after a relaxing
holiday or you are more of a thrill-seeker, Paros
will give you exactly what you want!
Paros has always been one of the most popular
Greek islands. Boasting a beautiful natural
landscape and 120 km of coastline, it has endless
blonde-sand beaches, verdant mountains, and
cliff-top villages galore. Parikia and Naoussa are
the two main villages of Paros, and also where
the heart of the island’s nightlife beats. Full of
traditional taverns, luxurious restaurants, and
sophisticated bars, the island overflows with
young crowds every night. If crowded places and
loud music aren’t your cups of tea, you can
wander in the tranquil traditional villages, such as
Lefkes or Marpissa. You’ll be pleasantly surprised
by the different faces of this island.

Parikia is the capital of Paros. This heart-shaped
creek leads the traveler to the port, where a superb
whitewashed windmill welcomes the visitors and
constitutes the trademark of Paros. Parikia is the
commercial and cultural center of the island, as well
as the main harbor, serving many other islands.
Amphitheatrically built around the port, Parikia has
a typical Cycladic architecture, with whitewashed
cubic and flat-roofed houses with spare architectural
lines and colored wooden doors and balconies.
The heart of the traditional settlement of
Parikia is clustered around the Venetian castle,
which was built on the highest point of the town.
Many churches surround the area of the Castle.
Still, the most important and oldest church in
Parikia is the beautiful Byzantine church of Panagia
Ekatontapiliani, which is considered one of the
most ancient and important Byzantine monuments
still standing in Greece. Behind Ekatontapiliani,
you will find the archaeological Museum of Paros,
that exhibits a collection of various findings dating
from the Neolithic and Roman periods.
PARIKIA

The picturesque fishing village of Naoussa is
located in the northern part of Paros. It is considered
to be one of the prettiest villages in the
Cyclades, and, despite the tourism development, it
has managed to keep its authenticity and traditional
character. The village is built amphitheatrically
around a tiny port. Little colorful fishing boats called
caiques moor, and the remains of a Venetian castle
can still be seen, creating an enchanting atmosphere.
Many taverns and restaurants are giving a
friendly and traditional atmosphere. Though
Naoussa is much quieter than Parikia, it offers
several animated bars and nightclubs, opened until
dawn.
Naoussa is also famous for its numerous beautiful
golden beaches. All of them can be reached by
footpaths, asphalted roads, or caiques (small fishing
boats) from the port. Every 23rd of August, nine
days after the Assumption of the Virgin, a great
festivity is celebrated in Naoussa. The young people
of the village perform a representation of the
pirates' raids, fireworks are thrown while dancing.
NAOUSSA

PARIAN VILLAGES
Lefkes is one of the loveliest villages of Paros.
This beautiful mountain village on a verdant hill
covered with trees offers a breathtaking view of
Naxos island. Traditional whitewashed houses,
along with Venetian architecture, create an unforgettable
scenery. The beauty and authenticity of
Lefkes are still untouched by mass tourism.
Aliki is a coastal village with a picturesque port,
located 13km south of Parikia. The village has
known a vast tourist arrival during the past years.
Most of the tourists seek the peacefulness and the
warmness that Aliki offers. Even during the high
season where the tourist number is highly
increased, the village keeps its traditional character.
Marpissa stands on the hill of Kefalos,18km
south-east of Parikia. Built amphitheatrically,
Marpissa is a traditional Cycladic village with
whitewashed cubic houses, standing among
narrow streets and windmills. Ruins of an old castle
and the Monastery of Agios Antonios can be
found on the top of the hill of Kefalos.

WHERE TO SWIM
Kolimbithres / Certainly one of the most beautiful beaches
of Greece. This beach is particularly impressive because of
the blocks of granite boarding it, sculpted into strange
smooth shapes by the sea and the wind over the centuries.
Golden Beach (Chrissi Akti) / One of the best beaches of
Paros, with long golden sand, extending for 700m., famous
by windsurfers for its ideal wind conditions. Golden Beach is
fully organized, offering plenty of windsurfing facilities.
Santa Maria / Located near Naoussa, Santa Maria is one of
the most famous beaches of Paros. With crystal blue emerald
water and golden sand, along with the beautiful view on the
island of Naxos, seduces every visitor.
Marchello / In Parikia bay, facing the island's capital and
unlike the regular beaches, Marchello consists of a series of
rocky coves, reached by the asphalted road or by the caiques
(small boats) leaving from the port of Parikia.
Faragas / Farangas is on the southern side of the island,
3km from Alyki. A beautiful beach with crystal water, that
can be reached only by private means.
Laggeri / A map is required to find the beach with the soft
sand and crystal water. Surrounded by short vegetation, the
beach attracts a number of nudists.
