CONTRÔLES D’ÉQUIPEMENT ET DE JAUGE 19.1 [DP] Un bateau ou son équipement peut être contrôlé à tout moment avant le signal d’avertissement ou après qu’il a fini, afin de vérifier sa conformité avec les règles de classe, les équipements de sécurité, les feux de route, les IC et sur les noms, âges, les licences et le nombre exact des membres de l’équipage. 19.2 [DP][NP] Sur l’eau, un officiel de la course peut demander à un bateau de rejoindre immédiatement une zone donnée pour y être contrôlé. 20. EMBARCATIONS OFFICIELLES 20.1 [NP] Les embarcations officielles seront identifiées comme suit: • Organisateurs – pavillon avec CO et le logo BOM • Jury – pavillon jaune avec JURY • Sécurité – pavillon jaune et noir • Presse – pavillon blanc avec la lettre P • Accompagnateur – pavillon rose 21. ACCOMPAGNATEURS 21.1 [DP][NP] À l’exception des embarcations des organisateurs, <strong>du</strong> jury, de sécurité ou de presse <strong>du</strong>ment identifiées selon SI 20.1, les embarcations des accompagnateurs ne doivent pas être: 21.1.1 10 minutes avant le signal de départ: • à moins de 300m de la ligne de départ et des marques de départ, dans toutes les directions; • entre les deux lignes de départ. 21.1.2 Durant la course: • à moins de 100m d’un bateau en course; • à moins de 150m de toute marque de parcours, tant que des bateaux sont en course; • à moins de 150m de la ligne d’arrivée pendant que des bateaux sont en train de finir. 21.2 Les embarcations des accompagnateurs doivent manœuvrer de manière à minimiser l’effet des remous sur les bateaux en course. 21.3 Si l’AO le demande, en cas de danger pour les concurrents, les embarcations des accompagnateurs & sauvetage, <strong>du</strong>ment inscrites et identifiées selon IC 20.1 seront intégrés au processus de surveillance et de sauvetage. 21.4 [DP] [NP] Lorsqu’ils sont à flot, toutes les personnes à bord des embarcations des accompagnateurs doivent porter un équipement personnel de flottabilité (PFD) et, dès que leur moteur est enclenché, le con<strong>du</strong>cteur doit être connecté au moteur avec un coupe-circuit. 22. AIDE EXTÉRIEURE ET PROPULSION 22.1 Toute aide extérieure (RCV 41) et tous les moyens de propulsion interdits en course (RCV 42 moteur, pagaie, etc.) doivent être immédiatement arrêtés à partir <strong>du</strong> signal préparatoire, soit 5 minutes avant le signal de départ. 19. SUPPORT TEAMS 21.1 [DP][NP] Except Race Organization, Jury, Safety or Press vessels <strong>du</strong>ly identified under SI 20.1, support person vessels shall not be: 21.1.1 10 minutes before the starting signal: • less than 300m from the starting line and its starting marks in all directions; • between the two starting lines. 21.1.2 During the race : • closer than 100m to any boat racing; • within 150m of any mark of the course while boats are in the vicinity of that mark; • within 150m of the finishing line and marks while boats are finishing. 21.2 Support person vessels shall proceed in such a way to minimise the effect their wash will have on boats racing. 21.3 If requested by the OA, in case of danger for the competitors, support person and rescue vessels, <strong>du</strong>ly registered and identified under SI 20.1 will be part of the monitoring and rescue. 21.4 [DP] [NP] When afloat, all persons on board of a support persons vessel shall wear a personal flotation device (PFD) and, as soon as their engine is running, drivers shall be connected with a kill-cord to their engine contact. 22. OUTSIDE HELP AND PROPULSION 22.1 Outside help (RRS 41) and all prohibited means of propulsion (RRS 42: motor, paddles, etc.) shall stop at the preparatory signal, that means 5 minutes before the starting signal. 23. TRASH DISPOSAL 23.1 Trash shall be placed ashore in the trash containers. 23. ÉVACUATION DES DÉTRITUS 23.1 Les détritus doivent être placés à terre dans les conteneurs destinés à cet effet.
