Notice of Race
bol d’or mirabaud 2009
Ce montant unique et applicable à tous les concurrents (suisses
comme étrangers, membres SNG comme non membres SNG) inclut
une collation qui sera servie à tous les équipiers qui s’arrêteront au
restaurant de la SNG sitôt la ligne d’arrivée franchie.
Date limite d’inscription: samedi 6 juin 2009
(valable aussi pour l’inscription du nom du bateau sur le dos des T-shirts)
Passée cette date, les inscriptions seront encore acceptées, uniquement
par internet, jusqu’au mercredi 10 juin 2009, moyennant une
finance de CHF 240.00
Aucune finance d’inscription ne sera remboursée.
9. Parcours
• Départ à PORT TUNNEL – LE BOUVERET – Arrivée au PORT-NOIR
• pour les classes SU, GS, TO, LX-TCFX, TCF1+2, TCF3 et TCF4.
• Départ à TOUR CARREE – Bouée de dégagement au large de la
POINTE à la BISE – LE BOUVERET – Arrivée au PORT-NOIR.
• pour les classes M1 et M2.
Le passage du Bouveret se fait en contournant deux marques, une
barge et une bouée d’entrée, comme indiqué dans le plan figurant en
annexe des Instructions de Course. Les deux marques seront pourvues
d’un fanion NOIR/JAUNE et, la nuit, de feux blancs clignotants.
Elles devront être laissées à tribord. A partir de 8h00 le dimanche matin,
la barge pourra être remplacée par une bouée surmontée d’un
fanion NOIR/JAUNE et les concurrents consigneront leur passage sur
leur feuille de route.
L’arrivée se fera, comme indiqué dans le plan figurant en annexe des
Instructions de Course, au Port-Noir entre le mât de la cabine-start sur la
jetée nord du port de la SNG et une bouée à fanion NOIR/JAUNE avec un
feu à éclats blancs mouillée au large. Une autre bouée à fanion NOIR/JAUNE
et avec un feu à éclats blancs, laissée à TRIBORD, servira de bouée d’entrée
(voir les schémas annexés aux IC).
10. Retrait des feuilles de route
Les feuilles de route, autocollants de coque, fanions officiels, balises,
etc. devront impérativement être retirés au secrétariat des régates le
vendredi 12 juin 2009 de 9h00 à 20h00.
A cette occasion, doivent être obligatoirement présentés les
documents suivants:
• L’e-mail de confirmation d’inscription par internet, dûment rempli
avec les noms des équipiers et leurs numéros de licence, ainsi que,
pour des raisons de sécurité, l’attestation du chiffre exact du
nombre de personnes à bord.
• Une Licence SWISS SAILING ou une carte de membre d’une Autorité
Nationale conformément aux dispositions 19.2 de l’ISAF et du règlement
SWISS SAILING, et ceci pour chaque personne présente à bord.
• Une copie de l’autorisation relative à la publicité portée par le yacht
conformément à l’article 80 RCV si le yacht ne figure pas dans le
fichier des ayants droits mis à disposition sur le site de la FSV, prélevé
le jeudi soir minuit d’avant la course.
Aucune formalité d’inscription ne sera effectuée le samedi 13 juin
2009.
This single payment applies to all competitors (Swiss and foreign,
members and non-members of the SNG) and includes a snack which
will be served to all team members who stop at the SNG’s restaurant
immediately after crossing the finish line.
Registration deadline: Saturday, June 6 2009
(deadline also applies for the boat’s name to appear on the back of the
T-shirts)
After this date, it will still be possible to enter by Internet only until
Wednesday, June 10 2009, for a fee of CHF 240.00
No entry fee shall be refunded.
9. Course
• Start at PORT TUNNEL – LE BOUVERET – Finish at PORT-NOIR
• for classes SU, GS, TO, LX-TCFX, TCF1+2, TCF3 and TCF4.
• Start at TOUR CARRÉE – Windward mark off the POINTE à la BISE
LE BOUVERET – Finish at PORT-NOIR.
• for classes M1 and M2.
The turn at Le Bouveret is made around two marks, a barge and
an entry mark, as indicated on the map attached to the Sailing
Instructions. Both marks will bear a BLACK/YELLOW flag and, at
night, flashing white lights. They are to be rounded to starboard.
From 8am on Sunday morning, the barge may be replaced by a
mark bearing a BLACK/YELLOW flag and the competitors are to
record their passage in their log.
The finish, as indicated on the map attached to the Sailing Instructions,
will be at Port-Noir between the mast of the starter’s hut on
the north jetty of the SNG port and a mark with a BLACK/YELLOW
flag and a flashing white light anchored offshore. Another mark
with a BLACK/YELLOW flag and a flashing white light to be rounded
to starboard, will act as entry mark (see diagrams attached to
the SI).
10. Collection of Sailing Instructions
Sailing Instructions, hull stickers, official pennants, tracking devices,
etc. are to be collected, without fail, from the Race Secretary’s Office
on Friday, June 12 2009 between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
For confirmation of registration, the following documents must
be presented:
• The e-mail confirming the online registration, duly completed
with the names of the crew members and their license numbers,
as well as, for safety reasons, confirmation of the exact number
of people on board.
• A SWISS SAILING license or a membership card issued by a national
authority in accordance with article 19.2 of the ISAF and the SWISS
SAILING regulations. This applies to each person on board.
• A copy of the authorization to display advertising on the boat, in
accordance with article 80 of the RRS, if the boat does not appear on
the list of those eligible posted on the FSV website as at midnight on
the Thursday before the race.
Enrolment will not be possible on Saturday, June 13 th 2009.
