2. Règles applicables
La régate sera régie par:
Les règles de courses à la voile (RCV 2009-2011) de l’ISAF.
Les prescriptions de l’autorité nationale SWISS SAILING (FSV).
Le règlement ACVL-SRS Édition 2009.
Le règlement de classe Surprise édicté par l’Aspro Surprise (notamment
l’art. 7, sauf le dernier alinéa).
Le règlement de classe Grand Surprise édicté par l’Aspro Grand Surprise
(en course-croisière, art 1.5.7).
Le règlement de classe Toucan édicté par l’Aspro Toucan (en catégorie
“cruiser”).
Le présent Avis de Course.
Les Instructions de Course (IC) et leurs annexes.
La règle 61.1(b) RCV est modifiée par l’article 22.3 des Instructions de Course.
La langue officielle est le français.
3. Jury international et suppression
du droit d’appel
En application de la règle 91 RCV, un jury international sera constitué conformément
aux règles de l’annexe N et 70.5 RCV, lequel statuera sans appel.
4. Classification de la manifestation
Le Bol d’Or Mirabaud est classifié en Catégorie C.
Des autocollants de coque intégrant le n° d’ordre du bateau seront
fournis par l’organisation et obligatoirement collés sur la partie avant
de la coque, de chaque côté, conformément à la règle ISAF n° 20.3
d) (i). Après instruction d’une réclamation par le jury, une pénalité
pourra être infligée à tout bateau qui n’aura pas ou plus, à n’importe
quel moment de la course, son n° d’ordre collé de chaque côté de son
étrave selon le plan de pose officiel remis par le Comité d’Organisation
du Bol d’Or Mirabaud.
5. Classes admises
• Classes M1, M2, TCF1+2, TCF3 et TCF4 selon le règlement ACVL 2009.
• Classes SU (Surprise), GS (Grand Surprise) et TO (Toucan) selon le
règlement ACVL 2009 et selon leurs propres règles de monotypie,
édictées par leur Aspro.
• Classe LX-TCFX pour la classe TCFX de l’ACVL et pour tout
bateau monocoque ne s’inscrivant pas dans les classes ci-dessus
et respectant l’article 4.5 des Instructions de Course du Bol
d’Or Mirabaud (LX).
Seuls les bateaux au bénéfice d’un certificat de jauge ou d’enregistrement
ACVL 2009 valide pourront prétendre à un classement dans les
classes M1, M2, SU, GS, TO, TCF1+2, TCF3 et TCF4.

2. Rules
The race will be governed by:
The “rules” as defined by the International Sailing Federation (ISAF)
Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) 2009-2011.
The prescriptions of the national yachting authority SWISS SAILING (SWS).
The ACVL-SRS version 2009 rating rules.
The Surprise class rules enacted by Aspro Surprise (in particular art. 7,
with the exception of the last paragraph).
The Grand Surprise class rules enacted by Aspro Grand Surprise (in
cruise-race art. 1.5.7).
The Toucan class rules stipulated by Aspro Toucan (“cruiser” category).
This Notice of Race.
The Sailing Instructions (SI) and appendices.
Rule 61.1(b) RRS is modified with provision 22.3 of the Sailing Instructions.
French is the official language.
3. International Jury and Final Decision
Pursuant to rule 91 RRS, an international jury will be appointed in
accordance with the rules of appendix N RRS and 70.5 RRS, and its
decision shall be final.
4. Category Event
The Bol d’Or Mirabaud is classified as a Category “C” event.
Self-adhesive stickers with the boat’s race number will be provided
by the organisation and it is compulsory to stick them on either
side of the stem in compliance with ISAF rule no. 20.3 d) (i). After a
preliminary inquiry by the jury, a penalty may be imposed upon any
boat which does not, or no longer has, at any moment during the race,
its order number stuck on either side of its stem in accordance with
the official explanatory diagram distributed by the Bol d’Or Mirabaud
Organising Committee.
5. Classes qualifying to enter
• Classes M1, M2, TCF1+2, TCF3 and TCF4 pursuant to the ACVL 2009
rating rules.
• Classes SU (Surprise), GS (Grand Surprise) and TO (Toucan) pursuant
to the ACVL 2009 rating rules and in compliance with their own
one-design rules enacted by their Aspro.
• Class LX-TCFX for class TCFX of the ACVL and for all monohull boats not
fitting into any of the above classes and compliant with article 4.5 of
the Bol d’Or Mirabaud Sailing Instructions (LX).
Only boats in possession of a valid measurement or ACVL 2009
registration certificate may compete for a ranking in classes M1, M2,
SU, GS, TO, TCF1+2, TCF3 and TCF4.
