© 2022 The International Institute for SustainableDevelopmentThe NAP Global NetworkThe NAP Global Network was created in 2014 to support developingcountries in advancing their NAP processes, and help accelerateadaptation efforts around the world. To achieve this, the Networkfacilitates South–South peer learning and exchange, supports nationallevelaction on NAP formulation and implementation, and generates,synthesizes, and shares knowledge. The Network’s members includeindividual participants from more than 155 countries involved indeveloping and implementing NAPs. The Network’s members includeindividual participants from more than 150 countries involved indeveloping and implementing National Adaptation Plans, as well as 12donor country members. Financial support for the Network has beenprovided by Austria, Canada, Germany, Ireland, the United Kingdom, andthe United States. The opinions stated in this report do not necessarilyreflect the policies or opinions of the Network’s funders or participants.The NAP Global Network Secretariat is hosted by the InternationalInstitute for Sustainable Development (IISD), an independent think tankchampioning sustainable solutions to 21st–century problems.
