EXPOSITION ~ Un Village de la Gastronomie sera
installé du 18 au 20 novembre. Dégustations, découverte
de la gastronomie… l’objectif est de présenter la diversité
culinaire du territoire et d’honorer le patrimoine de Saint-
Martin. Avis aux amateurs de barbecue et de mixologie : les
restaurants spécialisés et les bars de l’île pourront participer à
une compétition qui offrira au public des démonstrations de
haut vol !
EXHIBIT ~ A Gastronomy Village adds to the excitement
on November 18-20, with tastings and an introduction to
fine cuisine… The goal is to present the culinary diversity
of the island and honor the cultural heritage of Saint
Martin. Attention, fans of barbecue and mixology: the
island’s specialized restaurants and bars can participate
in a competition that provides high-octane demonstrations
for the public!
