<strong>ON</strong><strong>AIR</strong> - Sophie Lacour, quelles sont les<br />
activités de l’association Bienveillance SBH ?<br />
Sophie Lacour - Sophie Lacour - Créée en 2015, notre<br />
association a toujours eu pour but de rendre abordables<br />
des formations à l’empathie et à l’auto-empathie, de<br />
partager ces outils qui pacifient le quotidien et le rapport<br />
à l’autre ; qui permettent de mieux se comprendre et de<br />
mieux comprendre les autres.<br />
OA - Comment œuvrez-vous dans le domaine<br />
de l’Éducation ?<br />
SL - Sur l’ile, de nombreux enseignants ont déjà été sensibilisés<br />
et nous soutenons le collège par le projet du «<br />
club du bien vivre ensemble ». Nous travaillons avec Déclic<br />
CNV et Éducation qui forme nationalement des personnels<br />
de l’éducation. Nous avons coorganisé un stage<br />
ce mois de juin. La formation des parents, futurs pa-<br />

Sophie Lacour - Sophie Lacour - Created in 2015,<br />
our association has always aimed to make training in<br />
empathy and self-empathy available, to share these<br />
tools that pacify daily life and relationships with others;<br />
so we can better understand ourselves and the others.<br />
OA - How do you work in the field of<br />
education?<br />
SL - On the island, many teachers have already been<br />
made aware and we support the middle school through<br />
the «club for living well together» project. We work<br />
with Déclic CNV and Éducation, which trains education<br />
staff nationally. We co-organized a workshop in<br />
June: Training parents, future parents, teachers, edu-<br />
