RECEPTION CONTENTS: 1.0 - CONTROLS AT RECEPTION 2.0 - HANDLING 2.1 - HANDLING with FORK LIFT or SIMILAR 3.0 - REMOVING THE PACKING 1.0 - CONTROLS AT RECEPTION The appliances are shipped in appropriate protective packing. On arrival, check that the appliance has not incurred transport damage and that it is complete according to the order. In the event of visible damage immediately note the damage on the transport documents with the following wording: “ RECEIVED WITH RESERVE FOR EVIDENT DAMAGE OF PACKING ” since the delivery terms are ex factory this involves reimbursement of damages by the insurance company. IMPORTANT ALL THE OPERATIONS INDICATED BELOW MUST BE PERFORMED IN RESPECT OF EXISTING SAFETY REGULATIONS, BOTH FOR THE EQUIPMENT IN USE AND FOR THE OPERATING PROCEDURES. WARNING BEFORE BEGINNING HANDLING OPERATIONS ENSURE THAT THE LIFTING CAPACITY IS SUFFICIENT FOR THE APPLIANCE IN QUESTION. 2.0 - HANDLING 2.1 - HANDLING with FORK LIFT or SIMILAR 2.1.1 - Insert the forks into the side of back of the wooden pallet supplied with the appliance. 2.1.2 - Begin lifting checking that the appliance is in stable equilibrium. WARNING DURING HANDLING DO NOT TIP OR TURNOVER Pag. 16 WARNING THE RESPECT OF THE RECOMMENDATIONS PRINTED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKING IS A GUARANTEE OF A SOUND PHYSICAL AND OPERATING CONDITION OF THE APPLIANCE ALL TO THE ADVANTAGE OF THE END-USER. THEREFORE THE FOLLOWING IS RECOMMENDED : - HANDLE WITH CARE - KEEP DRY - STACKING OF OTHER OBJECTS ON THE APPLIANCE MUST BE ABSOLUTELY AVOIDED. 3.0 - UNPACKING 3.1 - Cardboard packing 3.1.1 - Cut the band straps with scissors. 3.1.2 - Lift the carton. 3.2 - Wodden packing 3.2.1 - Unnail the wodden panels starting with the front and top. 3.2.2 - Slide off the nylon wrapping over the top of the unit. 3.3 - Nylon packing 3.3.1 - After having removing the adhesive tape, slide off the nylon wrapping over the top of the unit. 3.4 - Lift the appliance to separate it from the pallet. 3.5 - Place the appliance on the ground in its chosen position. 3.6 - Check for visible damage. 3.7 - Keep the packing out of the reach of children as it could be a danger hazard. 3.8 - Dispose of the packing to the specialised collection or recycling points ( respect existing regulations ). 3.9 - Check that the serial number corresponds to the transport documents.
INVERSION OF THE DOOR OPENING IMPORTANT THE FOLLOWING HAS THE SOLE OBJECTIVE OF HIGHLIGHTING THE POSSIBILITY OF ADAPTING THE APPLIANCES TO THE SPECIFIC INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS CONDITIONED BY THE NEED TO INVERT THE OPENING OF THE DOOR. THIS DOES NOT REPRESENT, IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER, AN OPERATING SEQUENCE TO BE RESPECTED UNLESS FOR PROFESSIONALLY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL. The appliances are factory fitted with the door hinged on the right hand side. If this needs to be inverted proceed as follows: 1 - REMOVE THE TOP HINGE 1.1 - Unscrew the screws that hold bracket [C]. 1.2 - Remove the door and turn it by 180°. Invert the following door parts: a) the plastic bushing. b) the support section for the chrome hinge. 2 - REMOVE LOWER BRACKET D. 2.1 - Unscrew the fixing screws. MODEL WITH MOTOR POSITIONED ON THE TOP A MODEL WITH MOTOR POSITIONED ON THE BOTTOM B A B 3 - FIT THE LOWER BRACKET [B] WITH THE SUITABLE SCREWS. 4 - MODIFY THE HINGE ASSEMBLY FROM RIGHT [C] TO LEFT [A]. 4.1 - Unscrew the central screw that blocks the bracket to the hinge body and remove bracket [C]. 4.2 - Turn the fork anti-clockwise by 1 /2 turn. 4.3 - Re-assemble bracket [A] (request the part if necessary). 4.4 - Remount the left hinge assembly [A] onto the door. 5 - ONLY FOR MODELS WITH TWO HALF DOORS. 5.1 - Remove the central brace by unscrewing the two brackets found inside the compartment, in the lower section of the brace. 5.2 - Turn by 180° the central brace fixing it with its brackets. 6 - DOOR INSTALLATION. 6.1 - Remount the door fixing the top hinge [A] with bracket. 7 - CONTROLLING THE GASKET. 7.1 - Check that the magnetic door gasket gives a firm seal on all sides. 8 - TIGHTEN THE SCREWS THAT FIX THE HINGE. INVERSION OF THE DOOR OPENING<br />
IMPORTANT<br />
THE FOLLOWING HAS THE SOLE OBJECTIVE OF<br />
HIGHLIGHTING THE POSSIBILITY OF ADAPTING THE<br />
APPLIANCES TO THE SPECIFIC INSTALLATION<br />
REQUIREMENTS CONDITIONED BY THE NEED TO<br />
INVERT THE OPENING OF THE DOOR.<br />
THIS DOES NOT REPRESENT, IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER,<br />
AN OPERATING SEQUENCE TO BE RESPECTED UNLESS<br />
FOR PROFESSIONALLY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL.<br />
The appliances are factory fitted with the door hinged on the right<br />
hand side. If this needs to be inverted proceed as follows:<br />
1 - REMOVE THE TOP HINGE<br />
1.1 - Unscrew the screws that hold bracket [C].<br />
1.2 - Remove the door and turn it by 180°. Invert the following<br />
door parts:<br />
