GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
SCOPE
These general conditions apply to the authorized resellers of Starset Srl and professional buying and selling furniture and furnishing products. By
placing the purchase order, the customer declares to have read and fully accepted the general conditions set out below.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Each order is confirmed subject to acceptance by Starset Srl and further written returned signed copy of the order proposal by the client.
Orders must be placed in writing with complete description.
ORDER MODIFICATION
Any request for order modification or cancellation is accepted no later than 3 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Requests for order modification or cancellation after this deadline may be accepted or rejected at Starset Srl’s discretion. Starset Srl reserves
the right to charge in addition to the cost of the changes requested, also the cost of the pieces originally ordered, produced or in process
of being produced but not used.
Following the changes requested, a new order confirmation will be issued containing the consequent price adjustment and deadlines.
DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS
In the absence of written agreement, the goods are intended to be sold “ex works” Starset Srl’s warehouse in Lissone, province of Monza and
Brianza, Italy.
The transport, even if organized by Starset Srl on request, in the interest of the customer, is always at the expense and risk of the latter.
Any delay or mistake in delivery due to transport or custom clearance is not attributable to Starset Srl.
The request to postpone the delivery of the order after the goods are ready will not entitle the customer to postpone the relative payment with
respect to the terms set out in the order confirmation. Starset Srl also reserves the right to transfer the products prepared to an external warehouse,
at the customer’ s risk and expense.
PRODUCTS
Starset Srl reserves the right to make technological and aesthetical improvements to its models, including changes to sizes and materials,
without the obligation of prior notice, always without altering its essential characteristics and quality.
The drawings shown in the price list outline the macro dimensional and aesthetic characteristics of the products without defining the
construction details.
Starset Srl products are made with the highest quality raw materials, the customer is aware that the products may undergo variations,
especially in shades, due to aging, light, humidity, and environmental conditions. These changes are to be considered as a guarantee of the
raw materials quality used and for no reason will be accepted as a contestation.
Any completion order, repair order, replacement order could present differences in grain and shades which are to be considered inevitable and
not contestable.
For fabrics with accompanying ratios, please contact Starset Srl before ordering the fabric.
Special products: For the request of special products, the customer can contact our customer service who will confirm the feasibility. The
customer accepts as of now that a surcharge determined by Starset Srl on a case-by-case basis is applied to special products.
CUSTOMER FABRIC AND LEATHER
The price of customer fabric/leather category corresponds to the C.O.M or C.O.L category and includes the cost of the manufacturing.
Before shipping the quantity of necessary customer fabric to process the order, customer should send a 20 x 20 sample so that Starset Srl
can verify its suitability. The fabrics or leathers supplied by the customer must be sent to Starset Srl, carriage paid. Differently, any transport or
customs costs will be charged to the customer.

fabric must clearly indicate the right and reverse side and the direction of use.
Starset Srl assumes no responsibility for the technical and aesthetic performance of customer fabrics.

TOLERANCES
The price of customer fabric/leather category corresponds to the C.O.M or C.O.L category and includes the cost of the manufacturing.

CLAIMS
The customer is required to check the goods immediately after delivery and in any case before they are in any way used or otherwise altered,
The customer must note the complaints on the accompanying documents of the products and report them in written form within 48 hours of
delivery of the goods for apparent defaults (for insurance coverage) or within 7 days of delivery in the case of hidden defaults.
If a defect is found on the product, please send an e mail to the sales office where you state clearly the original confirmation and invoice number.
Starset Srl reserves the right to accept or reject the claim. Solving the problem might request partial or complete return of the goods for internal
quality control.
If the non-conformity of the product is ascertained, Starset Srl, at its total discretion, may repair or replace the disputed product.
RETURNED GOODS
Returns of goods are not accepted unless expressly authorized in writing, properly packed by the customer, and delivered free of expense to the
warehouse of our operational headquarters. In case of further damage to the product due to insufficient protection, Starset Srl reserves the
right to charge the repair costs to the customer.
PRICES
The prices in this price list are expressed in euros, excluding VAT. The supply of products to customers always takes place in accordance with
the prices indicated in the price list in force and with the contractual conditions in force on the date of the order confirmation.
PAYMENT
Payment terms are shown on each order confirmation. Failure to comply with the payment terms entails the interest default debit at the rate
in force in Italy.
Starset Srl reserves the right to suspend supplies to the customer in case of non-compliance with the payment terms and conditions till the
full settlement is done.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The data provided by the customer in the context of commercial relations with Starset Srl will be stored and processed by the latter for the
completion of the supply relationship, in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 and, more generally, in compliance with
any other national and supranational legislative provision regarding the processing of personal data currently in force or which in the future will
modify, supplement or replace the current regulations
