The structure is designed to satisfy the needs of the building.
The outer ring has a structure of pillars that forms a grid (6x6) which helps with the organization
of the rooms. Since they are smaller spaces, the structural span does not have to be large.
On the other hand, the central room has concrete nucleis as structural elements. These generate
a large-span space that is able to house a great number of people at the same time. The
nuclei will be used at the same time as communication elements between floors.
