T H E L O C A T I O N
The building is located in Ciutat Vella. The name refers to the oldest neighborhoods
in the city of Barcelona, nestled between the Mediterranean
sea and l’Eixample. The building works as a swivel between different
urban tissues of the city. Our goal is to articulate the various tissues while
respecting the pre-existing elements like the rear park.
