If there are any initial issues with your Mastertent
products or a doubt that they are right for you,
returns and exchanges are available for 30 days!
Printed & Custom Design Products
Unique tent sizes, printed roofs, sidewalls, pavilion
panels, inflatables and fabric products are guaranteed
to match the 3D renderings and design-proof layouts
provided for approval prior to production. We will make
it right in the rare circumstance of a printing error!
Inspection on Delivery
Every Mastertent shipment is carefully packaged and
inspected prior to leaving our facilities. Should packages
arrive to you in damaged condition, please document
(with photographs) and communicate damages to both
the carrier and a Mastertent representative immediately.

Returns & Exchanges
Hassle-free for 30 days.
Standard, In-Stock Items
Items that are not printed or customized are eligible
for any reason when kept in new condition with original
manuals and packaging.
Satisfaction
Printed Fabrics
Custom prints are guaranteed to match order-approved
layouts and any errors found during the 30-day period
are eligible for reprint exchange. Mastertent will assist
with standard shipping of errored returns and corrected
redelivery at no additional costs. Rush options may be
available with fees.
Ineligible Returns and Exchanges
• Custom or modified products
• Standard products that arrive to Mastertent in
used condition and/or without original manuals
and packaging
• Print error exchanges that have been worn/damaged
Return or Exchange Shipping and Restocking
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Mastertent can assist with logistics as a courtesy with
costs deducted from return or exchange credit. Original
shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns for refund
are subject to restock fees, waived for account credit
or exchanges.
Return Timeline
Returns are valid for 30 days from receipt of products.
Initiating a Return
Please contact us for more information or to initiate a
Return Authorization, which must be completed, and
Mastertent approved within the eligible 30-day period.

Our all-aluminum tent frames and steel pavilion
structures are purposefully designed for ease of use -
for daily set-up as well as long-term care. If a part
becomes damaged, that portion can be removed from
the functioning framework - allowing you to replace
individual parts rather than an entire product.
Printing & Fabrics
Identify Parts
Most parts used to build your canopy tent will have part
(or article) numbers stamped into the aluminum frame
or product tag. Share that identifying number with your

Mastertent mobile equipment uses the
highest quality materials for leading quality
and strength. Our products are tried and tested
for durability including wind-tunnel testing for
the material strength against the elements.
By design however, our products are meant to
be mobile and not permanent in nature. Due to
their intention of being easy to pack up and go,
mobile structures can become vulnerable to
wind when not properly secured. We recommend
reviewing our securing tips and guides outlined
here to ensure proper safety.

Canopy Tent Securing
Mobile by design, a canopy tents act like
a parachute in windy conditions - lifting
in updrafts and then falling - sometimes
resulting in damages. Keep tents in place
with top securing via Ground Anchors or
Ballasting Systems and secure from the
base with Base Weights for versatile use.

Pavilion Kiosk Securing
Build for longer term deployment, the
pavilion's robust structure and heavier
design naturally act as its own built-in
securing method. Unlike canopy tents
that require additional weight due to
their lightweight design, pavilions are
heavy enough to stand on their own.
Stake or bolt footplates to the ground
for added security.
Inflatable Securing
Incredibly lightweight, inflatables are
more prone to lifting or moving in the wind.
However, as they consist almost entirely
of heavy-duty fabric, inflatables are less
subject to damages from wind and weather.
Secure your Mastertent inflatables with
ground stakes, top-down anchor straps,
internal sandbags, and more.

The variety of fabrics and materials used to create Mastertent tent roof and sidewall, pavilion
roof, and inflatable products are among the highest quality in the industry. These materials offer
exclusive features and certification-backed performance from waterproofing to fire-ratings to
increased sustainability.
Standard Tent Roof, Sidewall and Inflatable Fabrics utilize our Pirontex 600D or Oxford
Polyester 500D and 250D fabrics for a strong and durable fabric. These fabrics receive additional
water-proofing treatment for the ultimate performance.
Rescue Products, Pavilion Rooftops, and Custom PVC Materials utilize 400-gram PVC for a
powerful, naturally waterproof, heavy-duty solution.
Specialty Pirontex® Fabrics utilize 600D fabrics and are more sustainable with reduced energy
and water consumption and 60% less C02 emissions.
