It is therefore vital to detoxify our body.
In practice, effective detoxification does not just mean a seasonal
drainage treatment. It must be customised and, to do
this, it is vital to measure the person’s level of intoxication
with a suitable questionnaire, blood tests to measure heavy
metal poisoning and glyphosate levels, and a spectrophotometry
measurement that shows how saturated the tissues are
with these molecules.
If the results are high, it is useful to find out how effective
the liver is at detoxifying the body on its own, by looking at
the patient’s genetics.
There are treatments available that are suitable for atmospheric
pollutant, endocrine disruptor and heavy metal poisoning,
but, before envisaging any specific treatment, it is vital
to boost the detoxifying and eliminating function of the liver,
our body’s natural processing factory.
However, since this poisoning is constant, regular detoxification
is required.
• were present in all of the adults’ and children’s bodies
• that the levels of impregnation measured were
comparable to those in studies carried out abroad
• that the levels of impregnation were higher in the children
Another recent discovery (Bernard Jégou, Inserm) demonstrated
the “cocktail effect”, which means that each of the molecules
individually tested were amplified when mixed with
other components. Their original toxicity was multiplied by
10 or even 10,000, depending on the substances concerned.
This permanent intoxication is one of the reasons we
are seeing a significant increase in health problems,
particularly the number of cancers and neurodegenerative
disorders.
How to avoid endocrine disruptors on a
daily basis?
In food:
• It is best to eat organic produce, otherwise it is important to
wash and peel fruit and vegetables, even though we know
that pesticides get inside them.
• Avoid heavily processed foods wherever possible.
• Do not heat food up in plastic containers.
In hygiene and cosmetic products:
• Beware of parabens, especially for children.
• Use organic nappies and tampons.
• Avoid products with a long list of ingredients.
In clothes
• Opt for organic fabrics and always wash clothes before wearing
them for the first time.
In toys
• Beware of plastic toys that children put in their mouths
• Opt for wooden toys, where possible.
