SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF UNLOADING (CONSULT WITH THE FACTORY THE COST AND

TRANSPORT COSTS SHALL BE AT THE SELLER’S CHARGE, UNTIL ITS TRUCK FEET CAN
ARRIVE. WHETHER IT IS REQUIRED TO CONTRACT AN ADDITIONAL MEAN OF TRANSPORT
TO CONCLUDE THE SERVICE, IN SUCH CASE, COSTS SHALL BE AT THE BUYER’S CHARGE.

ATENTE DE SOLUTION, ET LA SOCIÉTÉ PEUT FIXER LA CONDITION DE “PAIEMENT ANTICIPÉ”

CAMIONS PEUVENT ARRIVER. QUAND POUR COMPLÉTER UN SERVICE IL EST NÉCESSAIRE D´UN
AUTRE MOYEN DE TRANSPORT EXTÉRIEUR AL NÔTRE, CE COÛT SERA FACTURÉ SÉPARÉMENT.
RÉCLAMATIONS.
AUCUNE RÉCLAMATION NE SERA ACCEPTÉE POUR DES PIÈCES DE RECHANGE, SI ELLE N’A
