Nichée au coeur de la Caraïbes, 18°5’N/63°5’W,
Saint Martin, la “Friendly Island“ vit depuis des siècles
au rythme du partage des cultures. Dès 1648 est apparue
la culture de la canne à sucre sur cette petite île, qui compta
jusqu’à 22 exploitations. La dernière d’entre elles, ferma
ses portes en 1915. Né de la volonté des fondateurs
passionnés de prolonger l’histoire, c’est dans la plus pure
tradition que Island cane, élève à Saint Martin ses rhums
d’origine des Antilles Françaises. Cette sélection minutieuse
des jus, leur affinage, leur assemblage, donne aux rhums
Island Cane leurs arômes uniques.
Nestled in the heart of the Caribbean, 18°5’N/63°5’W,
our Friendly Island has lived for centuries to the rythm
of cultures and customs. Sugar cane planting and
commerce on the island began since 1648. Saint-Martin
held up to 22 operating plantations, the last of which
closed its doors in 1915. Born from the passion of the founding
members to continue the precious liquid’s history.
It is in the purest tradition that Island Cane Rum has
developped its concentrated island spirit. This selection of
cane juices, refining and assembly gives our Island Cane
Rum its unique Aromas of Saint-Martin rum.

de plusieurs Rhums Blancs, provenant de diverses distilleries
des Antilles Françaises. Rhum très équilibré, nez prononcé
de canne à sucre et rondeur inhabituelle en bouche.
Il se déguste sec, sur glace ou en Ti’punch.
Island Cane “Agricultural“ is the result of an assembly
of several white rums from various distilleries of the French
West Indies. Very balanced rum , pronounced nose of
sugar cane and unusual roundness in the mouth.
This can be enjoyed dry, on ice or in Ti’punch.

Island Cane “XO SXM Strong“, a été éditée en hommage
aux victimes de l’ouragan Irma qui à ravagé
notre île le 6 septembre 2017.
Cette Édition Limitée commémorative est la première
production sortie de nos ateliers après reconstruction.

is the first production output of our workshops
after reconstruction.

Saint Barthélémy, joyau de la Caraïbe, blottie au nord
des petites Antilles, 17°55’N/62°50’W, vit sa première
gouvernance française en 1648. La canne à sucre fût
introduite sur l’île à la fin du XVII e siècle. L’unique tentative
d’exploitation cannière échoua en 1785, faute de fertilité
des sols. Grâce à ce Peuple de France audacieux et tenace
qui l’habite, Saint Barth, terre aride, bousculée par
l’histoire, est devenue douceur et volupté.
De cette philosophie est née la ligne de rhums
“Island Cane St Barth“. Island Compagnie élève et édite
ces rhums fins et harmonieux, aux notes délicates,
en hommage à ce coin de paradis.
Saint Barth, gem of Caribbean, located north of small
West Indies, 17° 55’N / 62° 50’W, welcomed its first
French governance in 1648. The sugar cane was
introduced on the island at the end of the XVII century.
The only attempt of growing there failed in 1785
due to a lack of soil fertility.
Thanks to daring and tenacious people of France living
there, Saint Barth, an originally arid land shaken by
history, became a soft and charming location.
From this philosophy was born the line of rums
“Island Cane“ which raises and sells its harmonious rums
in honour of to this piece of paradise.

Marie Galante, cousine éloignée de Saint-Martin est située
au centre des petites Antilles, 15° 56’N / 61° 16’W.
Si le savoir faire des distilleries de cette terre de culture
n’est plus à démontrer, “l’Île aux 100 moulins“ n’a pas
révélé tous ses secrets. Island Red Cane, pur rhum blanc
agricole de Marie-Galante, est le fruit d’une distilation
unique de cannes rouges. Brut de distillation à 78°,
Island Red Cane est réduit à 53° afin de conserver toute
la puissance et les arômes typiques de la canne rouge.
Island Compagnie produit cette cuvée confidentielle
avec le plus grand respect de 4 siècles de métiers
et culture cannière.
Marie Galante, cousin away from Saint Martin is located
in the center of the West Indies, 15° 56’N / 61° 16’W.
If knowledge of the distilleries in this land of culture
is no longer showing, “100 Mills Island“ has not
revealed all its secrets.
Island Red Cane, pure white rum of Marie-Galante is the
result of a unique distillation of red cane. Crude distilling
at 78°, Island Red Cane is reduced to 53° to maintain the
power and the typical aromas of Red Cane.
Island company produced this confidential vintage
with the greatest respect for 4 centuries of crafts
and culture of the sugar-cane.

Island Red Cane, pur rhum blanc agricole de Marie-Galante,
est le fruit d’une distilation unique de cannes rouges. Brut
de distillation à 78°, il est réduit à 53°, rhum puissant aux
arômes prononcés. Un véritable concentré de Marie Galante.
Il se déguste sec, sur glace ou en Ti’punch.
Island Red Cane, pure white rum of Marie-Galante
is the result of a unique distillation of red cane. Gross of
distilling at 78 °, he is reduced to 53°, powerful rum with
pronounced aromas. A real concentrate of Marie-Galante.
