Detailed all weather wicker Kubu
Grey is made by a sophisticated process
which give an aged look and
feel like a natural rattan.
While this is a special design of
Viro®, it is still highly flexible, UV
and weather resistant, insensitive to
temperature differences ranging between
-25C-70C and 100% recyclable
and resistant to chlorine and salt water.
The guarantee also remain the
same as other Viro®’s products.
MAINTENANCE
Being a synthetic material, our all
weather wicker outdoor furnitures
requires almost no maintenance. If
a piece gets dirty, it can simply be
hosed off with water. For tougher
grime, wash with a mild soap.
BATYLINE®
Batyline® is made by a French company,
Ferrari, and is widely used in
premium outdoor furniture. Batyline®
is an extremely durable and
high quality material consisting of a
polyester fiber covered by a coating
of PVC, making it nearly impossible
to tear. It is 100% synthetic and resistant
to rot and mildew. It is highly
resistant to UV radiation and fading.
It can withstand temperature extremes,
ranging from -30C to 70C. It
is an ideal material to be used near
swimming pools or other aggressive
environments with chlorine or salt
water. Sagging is minimal as it has a
maximum stretch of 3%. It also has
a “memory” - it will slowly regain its
original shape after it has used, especially
when placed out in the sun.

The fact that there is no moisture
absorption results in quick-drying
action, little sensitivity to staining,
and simplicity in cleaning. Batyline®
fabrics can be cleaned by just the
wipe of a sponge with soapy water.
Scouring agents and solvents are to
be strictly avoided!
Batyline® fabrics dry very quickly
because of their open structure.
They allow you to take advantage of
the shortest sunny period and stay
cool even in full sunshine. Batyline®
thread has an anti-fungal treatment.
