Notre tissu de tricot de coton récupéré provient
de Prato en Italie. Aujourd’hui, les coûts de la
main-d’œuvre et les exigences du marché derrière
un produit comme le coton récupéré ne sont pas
comme avant. Le motivateur n’est plus l’économie;
c’est l’écologie. Nous ne voulons pas gaspiller
et jeter des vêtements usagés ou des tissus de
deuxième choix parce qu’ils vont se retrouver dans
les sites d’enfouissement et polluer la planète.
Notre tricot de coton recyclé est fabriqué à partir
de vêtements récupérés qui sont déchiquetés en
fibres utilisable et mélangées avec du polyester et
du nylon pour donner de la force au tissu.
Our recycled cotton fabric is from Prato, Italy. Today,
the labor cost and market demand behind a
product like reclaimed cotton are not as they were
before. The motivator is no longer economics; it is
the ecology of this world. We don’t want to waste
and throw away used garments, second-choice
fabric or scrap material because it will just end up
in the landfill.
Our recycled cotton knit is made from discarded
cotton garments that are shred into usable fibers
and mixed with polyester and nylon for strength.
