ARRIVÉES ET DÉPARTS
Remise des clés à partir de 17 heures. Si vous arrivez après 18 heures (19 heures le samedi), vos clés seront déposées au «
bureau des entrées ». Merci de venir le lendemain à l’agence pour les formalités. Nous déclinons toute responsabilité pour les
arrivées en dehors de nos horaires d'ouverture du bureau. Les départs doivent avoir lieu obligatoirement avant 10 heures. Si vous
souhaitez partir avant nos horaires d’ouverture, vous pourrez déposer les clés dans notre boite aux lettres en face de notre agence.
Pour tout départ tardif, un supplément sera facturé.
BUREAU D'ACCUEIL
Notre bureau d'accueil est situé au Centre Commercial PORT SOLEIL, face au port de plaisance.
CARTE MAGNÉTIQUE
La carte magnétique doit être achetée au bureau des entrées pour accéder au quartier naturiste. Toutefois, il nous est possible de
vous l’envoyer à domicile afin d’éviter l’attente le jour de votre arrivée. Merci de nous contacter pour plus de renseignements.
COMMENT RÉGLER VOTRE SÉJOUR
Afin de confirmer votre réservation, un acompte de 25% du montant total de la location ainsi que 25€ de frais de dossier doivent
être versés. Le solde devra être réglé 30 jours avant votre arrivée. A défaut, votre réservation sera considérée comme annulée de
votre fait. L'acompte et les frais de dossier resteront acquis à notre société qui disposera du logement. Lors de la réception du
contrat de location, nous vous prions de bien vouloir nous en retourner une copie signée.
MOYENS DE PAIEMENT

ANNULATION
30 jours ou plus avant la date d'arrivée prévue : perte de l'acompte et des frais de dossier ; - 29 à 0 jours avant la date d'arrivée
prévue : 100% du montant total. Aucun remboursement ne sera accordé pour tout séjour écourté du fait du locataire.
ASSURANCE ANNULATION / RESPONSABILITÉ CIVILE / RAPATRIEMENT
Le logement que vous occuperez est couvert par une assurance habitation. Toutefois, le locataire a l’obligation de fournir une
attestation de responsabilité civile. A défaut, vous devez souscrire par notre intermédiaire une assurance annulation/responsabilité
civile/rapatriement (conditions : http://www.cabinetdebelem.fr/assurance-annulation-sejour.html) Nous vous conseillons de vous
renseigner auprès de votre assureur afin de savoir si ce contrat, rattaché à votre domicile principal, couvre le risque villégiature et
qu'il couvrira tout sinistre, vol ou autre vis à vis de vos affaires personnelles.
CAUTION
Une caution de 300 € pour un logement standard ou 500 € pour un logement confort et Lifestyle sera consignée lors de la remise
des clés. La caution est versée en espèces ou par empreinte de carte bleue afin de répondre des dégâts qui pourraient être causés
dans le logement. Le locataire devra signaler sous 24h toute anomalie ou différence d’inventaire. L’état des lieux sera non
contestable pour les arrivées tardives. La caution sera retournée sous 7 jours après le départ du locataire si aucun dommage n’a
été remarqué.
NETTOYAGE DES APPARTEMENTS
Le ménage de fin de séjour est effectué par les services de l'Agence. Cependant la vaisselle doit être laissée propre et rangée et
les poubelles vidées. A défaut, une somme forfaitaire supplémentaire sera retenue de votre caution en fonction du temps passé par
nos services dans le logement.
Si vous jugez l'état de propreté de votre appartement insuffisant à votre arrivée, vous devez le signaler le jour même de l'arrivée
afin que nous puissions faire le nécessaire pour vous satisfaire. Passé ce délai, aucune réclamation ne saurait être prise en
considération.
PARKING
Dans la mesure du possible, un parking sera mis gracieusement à la disposition du locataire. Il s'agit d'un service gratuit, le
locataire ne pourra donc exiger la mise à disposition d'un parking.
ANIMAUX
Ils sont interdits sur la plage, dans certains logements et dans la catégorie « Lifestyle ».

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Keys will be available from 17.00 hrs. on the day of your arrival. If arriving after 18.00 hrs. (19.00 hrs. on Saturdays), your keys
will be left for you at the Entrance Office to the naturist ‘village’. Then please come to our office during the following morning in
order to fulfill all formalities. We accept no responsibility for arrivals outside our office hours.
Departures must be by 10.00 hrs. If you want to leave before our opening hours, you can leave the keys in the letter box in front
of our office. For all late departures the cost for one night will we charged.
RECEPTION OFFICE
Our reception office is in the PORT SOLEIL Shopping Centre in front of the naturist yachting harbour.
MAGNETIC CARD
You need to purchase a magnetic card from the entrance office for access to the Naturist Village. However, we can send your
card to your home address in order to avoid any queuing on your arrival. Please contact us for more information.
HOW TO PAY
In order to confirm your reservation a deposit of 25% of the total rental cost plus a €25 booking fee must be paid to us. The
balance must be paid at least 30 days before your arrival, otherwise your reservation will be considered as cancelled by you:
The deposit and booking fee will be retained by us and the accommodation will be released for reletting.
On receipt of your rental agreement please return one signed copy to us.

CANCELLATION CHARGES
30 or more days before the booked arrival date: Loss of the deposit and of the booking fee; 29 to 0 days before booked arrival
date: 100% of the total cost. No refund if you cut your holiday short.
INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION, LIABILITY AND REPATRIATION
The accommodation occupied by you is covered by building insurance. However, you are required to furnish us with a copy of
your public liability insurance. Otherwise you must buy an insurance policy for cancellation, liability and repatriation from our
broker. For conditions see http://www.cabinetdebelem.fr/assurance-annulation-sejour.html. We would advise you to check with
your insurer as to whether or not your home contents insurance covers damages, theft or other risks to your personal property
whilst on holiday.
BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
A deposit of €300 for standard or €500 for Comfort and Lifestyle accommodation will be required in exchange for your keys. This
deposit is payable in cash or an imprint of a credit card to cover any damage caused to the accommodation or shortages in the
inventory. You must report to us any problems or shortages in the inventory within 24 hours of your arrival. In cases of late arrival
the state of the accommodation cannot be challenged.
Deposits will be released within 7 days after your departure if no damage or breakages have been found.
CLEANING
Change-over cleaning is undertaken by us. However, crockery and cutlery should be washed up and put away and the waste
container emptied by you; otherwise a charge will be deducted from your deposit according to the extra time spent on the
accommodation by our staff. Should you find the state of your accommodation unacceptable on your arrival, you must report
this to us on the day of your arrival so that we can rectify what is necessary to satisfy you. Any later complaints cannot be
accepted.
TELEVISION, ETC.
You may use free of charge any television or WiFi that may be installed in your apartment. However, we cannot be held
responsible for the working of the equipment or for the quality of the signal from any communal aerial. The same applies to
stereo sets, DVD players, etc.
PARKING
If available, you will be offered a reserved parking space free of charge. However, you have no automatic right to such a
complimentary service.
ANIMALS
Animals are not allowed on the beach, in certain apartments and in all category “Lifestyle” accommodation.

ANKÜNFTE UND ABREISEN
Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt ab 17.00 Uhr. Für Anreisen nach 18.00 Uhr (Samstags 19.00 Uhr) werden Ihre Schlüssel am Eingangsbüro
zum FKK-Dorf hinterlegt. Wir bitten Sie, am folgenden Morgen in unser Büro zu kommen, um die Formalitäten zu erledigen.
Für Ankünfte außerhalb unserer Bürozeiten können wir keine Verantwortung übernehmen. Abreisen müssen unbedingt vor 10.00
Uhr stattfinden. Wenn Sie abreisen ehe unser Büro aufmacht, können Sie die Schlüssel in unseren Briefkasten vor dem Büro
einwerfen. Für alle verspäteten Abreisen wird als Gebühr eine extra Nacht berechnet.
EMPFANGSBÜRO
Unser Empfangsbüro befindet sich im Einkaufszentrum PORT SOLEIL am FKK-Yachthafen.
MAGNETKARTE
Zugang zum FKK-Gelände ist nur möglich mit einer Magnetkarte, welche im Eingangsbüro verkauft wird. Wir können Ihnen jedoch
diese Karte schon vorher nach Hause schicken, um evtl. Schlangestehen am Tage Ihrer Ankunft zu vermeiden. Bitte kontaktieren
Sie uns hierzu.
ZAHLUNGSABLAUF
Um Ihre Reservierung zu bestätigen, müssen Sie uns eine Anzahlung von 25% des Gesamtbetrages sowie 25€ Anmeldegebühr
überweisen. Der Restbetrag muss 30 Tage vor Ihrer Anreise beglichen werden, sonst wird Ihre Buchung storniert: Die Anzahlung
und Anmeldegebühr werden dann von uns einbehalten und die Unterkunft wird zur anderweitigen Vermietung freigegeben.

Die von Ihnen belegte Wohnung ist durch eine Wohnraumversicherung gedeckt. Jedoch sind Sie verpflichtet, uns den Beweis einer
Haftpflichtversicherung vorzulegen. Anderenfalls müssen Sie durch unseren Makler eine Versicherung für Rücktrittskosten,
Haftpflicht und Repatriierung abschließen. Bedingungen hierzu unter http://www.cabinetdebelem.fr/assurance-annulation-sejour.html.
Wir empfehlen Ihnen auch sich zu informieren, ob Ihre Haftpflichtversicherung zu Hause jeglichen Schaden, Diebstahl
von Ihren persönlichen Gegenständen auch während Ihres Urlaubes deckt.
KAUTION
Eine Kaution in Höhe von 300 € für Standard oder 500 € für Komfort und Lifestyle Wohnungen ist bei der Schlüsselübergabe zu
hinterlegen. Die Kaution wird in bar oder als Abdruck einer Kreditkarte bezahlt um Schäden abzudecken, welche in der Wohnung
verursacht werden können. Sie sind angehalten, evtl. Inventarmängel oder Schäden innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach Ankunft in
unserem Büro zu melden. Bei Spätankünften kann der Zustand der Wohnung nicht beanstandet werden.
Der Kautionsbetrag wird in der Woche nach Ihrer Abreise freigegeben, wenn keine Schäden zu beanstanden sind.
WOHNUNGSREINIGUNG
Die Endreinigung wird von uns vorgenommen. Jedoch muss das Geschirr abgewaschen und weggeräumt und der Mülleimer
geleert sein, anderenfalls wird ein Betrag von Ihrer Kaution einbehalten, um den extra Zeitaufwand unseres Personals zu decken.
Sollten Sie mit dem Zustand der Wohnung bei Ihrer Ankunft nicht zufrieden sein, müssen Sie uns dies noch am selben Tag melden,
damit wir alles unternehmen können, um Sie zufriedenzustellen. Spätere Reklamationen können nicht akzeptiert werden.
FERNSEHER, USW.
Sofern die Wohnung mit einem Fernseher oder W-Lan Anschluss ausgestattet ist, kann dieser von Ihnen kostenlos benutzt werden.
Für die Funktion und die Empfangsqualität können wir jedoch keine Garantie übernehmen. Gleiches gilt für Stereoanlagen, DVD
Player, usw.
PARKPLATZ
Ein Parkplatz, soweit vorhanden, wird Ihnen kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Dies ist jedoch nur eine Serviceleistung, einen
Anspruch auf einen kostenlosen Parkplatz haben Sie nicht.
HAUSTIERE
Haustiere sind verboten am Strand, in bestimmten Unterkünften und in allen Wohnungen der Kategorie “Lifestyle”.
ARRIVI E PARTENZE
Consegna delle chiavi a partire dalle ore 17. Se arriva dopo le ore 18 (le ore 19 il Sabato), le Sue chiavi vi aspetteranno al
« Bureau des Entrées ». Si presenti in agenzia l’indomani per le formalità. La direzione declina ogni responsabilità per gli
arrivi fuori orario d’apertura dell’ufficio. Le chiavi devono essere restituite entro e non oltre le ore 10 all’agenzia. Se parte
prima dell’apertura dell’ufficio, puo' lasciarle nella cassetta delle lettere del nostro ufficio di locazione.
Per una partenza dopo le 12, verrà addebitato un supplemento equivalente a una notte.
RECEPTION
Il nostro ufficio è situato nel centro commerciale Port Soleil, vicino alla marina.
CARTA MAGNETICA
Dovete comprare una carta magnetica all’entrata del villaggio per poter accedere al quartiere naturista. Tuttavia, è
possibile inviarla a casa per evitare di aspettare il giorno del vostro arrivo. Vi preghiamo di contattarci per ulteriori informazioni.
COME PAGARE IL VOSTRO SOGGIORNO
Per confermare la prenotazione, dovrà essere versato un acconto di 25% dell'importo complessivo dell'affitto e di 25 €
spese d’iscrizione. Il saldo deve essere pagato 30 giorni prima dell'arrivo. Altrimenti, la vostra prenotazione sarà considerata
annullata. L'acconto e le spese d’iscrizione saranno acquisiti dalla nostra società che avrà l'alloggio. Al ricevimento del
contratto d’affitto, vi preghiamo di inviare una copia firmata.

Con bonifico bancario (grazie per indicare nella formulazione il numero di prenotazione e per trasmetterci una copia del

Contanti all'arrivo (soggetto a un'espressione CB se il pagamento all'arrivo). Tuttavia i biglietti di 500 € sono rifiutati.
ANNULLAMENTO
In caso di annullamento da parte del locatario :
Più di 30 giorni prima della data di arrivo prevista : l’acconto non è rimborsato.
Entro 30 giorni dalla data di arrivo prevista : il prezzo della locazione è dovuto integralmente.
Nessun rimborso sarà concesso per qualsiasi soggiorno abbreviato per via del locatario.
ASSICURAZIONE DI ANNULLAMENTO / RESPONSABILITÀ / RIMPATRIO
L'alloggio che si occupa è coperto da assicurazione casa. Tuttavia, ha l'obbligo di fornire un certificato di responsabilità
civile. Altrimenti, è necessario sottoscrivere la nostra assicurazione / responsabilità / rimpatrio (condizioni: http://www.cabinetdebelem.fr/assurance-annulation-sejour.html).
Vi consigliamo di rivolgervi all'assicuratore per sapere se questo contratto
copre il rischio di località e che coprirà qualsiasi perdita, furto o altro rispetto ai vostri effetti personali.
CAUZIONE
Una cauzione di 300 € per una sistemazione standard o di 500 € per un comfort e Lifestyle saranno registrati al momento
della consegna delle chiavi. La cauzione è pagata in contanti o tramite carta di credito per rispondere a danni che possono
essere causati nell'alloggio. Deve riportare qualsiasi discrepanza o differenza di inventario entro 24 ore. L'inventario sarà
innegabile per gli arrivi tardivi. La cauzione sarà restituita entro 7 giorni dalla vostra partenza se non è stato notato alcun
danno.
PULIZIA DEGLI APPARTAMENTI
La pulizia finale del soggiorno è effettuata dai servizi dell'Agenzia. Tuttavia, i piatti devono essere lasciati puliti e ordinati e
le pattumiere svuotate. In caso contrario, un importo sarà dedotto dalla cauzione a seconda del tempo trascorso dai nostri
servizi nell'alloggio. Se si giudica la pulizia del vostro appartamento insufficienti all'arrivo, è necessario segnalarlo il giorno
di arrivo in modo che possiamo prendere accordi per voi. Dopo questo periodo, nessuna richiesta può essere presa in
considerazione.
PARCHEGGIO
Se possibile, un parcheggio sarà disponibile gratuitamente. Questo è un servizio gratuito, quindi non può richiedere la
fornitura di parcheggio.
ANIMALI
sono vietati sulla spiaggia, in alcuni alloggi, negli appartamenti della categoria Lifestyle.
